They are always changing something. I’m starting to believe they do whatever they want. One time you could use more than one-coupon long as it was separate orders in the drive thru now it’s only one coupon per car lol. Do they know how inconvenient that is for people who are sent out on lunch runs for them AND their co workers? Because it’s not like that at every Burger King

Absolutely wonder lady who works at night...went in for a few door dash orders throughout the day...and had no problems...I had got and delivered an order that was messed up from another fast food chain and went to burger king to fix it. I was frustrated as hell it was late and the lady even though I was rude at first was patient and understood why...didn't have a wait on any food orders there...

Food=Decent, Employees=Very Nice, Time waiting to get food=10 years

Great service last night that lady who was manger had her crew moving. Awesome service and burgers.

Very good compared to most BKs.

Worst management and staff!!! Called cooperate to complain about an employee who threatened me for being in the bathroom too long and still haven't heard back....

The worst experience. It took 1 hour to get the wrong order. Waited in drive thru line. The person on the intercom said she could not hear our order. Waited more then drove to the parking lot. Went to counter. Ordered 1 cheeseburger, 1 veggie burger, 1 small fries. They didn't have change so went to the car to find 6 cents. The bill was $4.06. I paid $20.06. Received $15 in return. Opened the bag at home and found a cheeseburger, bacon cheeseburger and fries. All this and they took a $1 tip..

I enjoyed the food. The food was good however a majority of the people we're not wearing masks. I understand that it's a choice however it was still very disappointing that obviously the people in that town don't care about others and I noticed a lot of employees were not wearing masks either.

Speed of service was great, food taste ok overall, but my order was messed up and my sandwich was loaded with extra mayo that made my bun break apart. Overall, the manager and drive-thru person was pleasant. Mistakes happen and the manager immediately corrected the issue with my food.

I placed my order at 8:12. I asked for a complete refund at 8:27 after observing an unhappy cook doing nothing while other crew members just stood around shaking their heads. I was the only customer in the store.
