I'm a bit embarrassed to say that the TV commercial actually paid off... I keep seeing the commercial for the Bojangles fish sandwich. We drove four hours round-trip to the nearest Bojangles just to have fish sandwiches. I have to say, they were absolutely worth it! Skip the cheese. Add pickles. Wonderful sandwich! The fish portion was just as big and beautiful as seen on TV! Not overcooked. Made perfectly. The Elizabeth City North Carolina store was neat and clean and the clerk was so friendly and helpful. A delightful experience.
My husband likes their chicken the best of the fried chicken establishments, but this store gets the order wrong about 50% of the time. We were missing 4 pieces of chicken and one biscuit this time from family feast order. I told my daughter to check the order, but she only counted the containers, which should have been good enough. I guess we should have opened each one.We do like their food, but you really have to check your order if going through the drive thru.
They forgot something in my box and when I called they were super nice! Went back and they MORE than made up for the mistake. Love me some Bojangles
I was very disappointed when I opened my 3pc supreme. I always use to get this because it was big juicy tenders,I got 3 tiny hard an I mean hard pieces of chicken. The biscuit was shredded an broken,an barely any fries,im so upset because I was looking forward to it. I will not be coming here anymore. Def has gone down hill,the cashier was unpleasant as well. He seemed to be mad each time a customer came. If you dont like your job or dont want to do it then please leave an give it to someone who would appreciate making money an workin hard. Check what your putting in the box an ask yourself would you be satisfied. Why would you want a bad reputation. I'm done with bojangles.
Ordered a 16 piece tailgate meal this past Sunday. Only received 12 pieces of chicken, but the food was hot and delicious.
I am always happy when I leave Bojangles their chicken is great there chicken biscuits are the best and the cinnamon twists are to die for

I always go inside to order my food. I do this to ensure I get hot fries. I am willing to wait for them because them are the best in the business. The remainder of the food is warm but not hot. Still worth waiting though for hot fries. The staff were very friendly and the visit was pleasant. Bathroom was clean and easy to access. Overall, not a bad visit. The drive thru was backed up and I was ahead of several people. Absolutely a better choice than Popeyes any day of the week.
Food was okay not my usual up to standard meals I usually get. Made a complaint about order for refund December 22 have yet to get refund. Then spoke with manager sent order number in from receipt no one contacted me back. Drive thru workers very unprofessional. If I had to judge the manager not really up to standards either. He gave me a statement when I spoke of my food wasn’t good and tasted old that he would of believe me if I said the chicken was wet that’s the only way it could of been old chicken. Smh unbelievable but will never purchase there again. Not to mention the telephone number doesn’t work there.
Bojangles in E City NC is always great! Their Sweet tea is the best & I love their seasoning it's spicy but not too hot. (Popeyes is hot, no spice, just hot.)
