Kiki is not a very good server….we understand certain policies that are in place but she sits your drinks on the end of the table for everyone to go for their own. What happened to handing drinks to the person who ordered them. Her attitude is nice nasty. I believe so customer service coaching would benefits her and the customers that she serves at your establishment.

Absolutely Terrible, I will never go back, the manager is a joke, the place is a joke. We got there around 8:30 ordered our food sat for about 1.5 hours and still never got out food, when I asked for a manager it took her about 15 minutes to come see me and when I told her what was going on she acted like it was my fault. I have gone there twice and both time with the same manager, she does not deserve to call her self a manager she needs to be fired!!! The staff is lazy and loves to stand around and talk to each other instead of taking care of the customers. Either fire all of them and start over or close the doors, this is the worst place in Elizabeth city to go!!!!

Long wait over an hour never got our food. Staff forgetful and not interested. Table had not been cleaned. Definitely a place to forget.

By far the worst service ever. We got to this location around 9:30pm there were maybe 10 people in the restaurant. If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. Our waitress(jayla) was terrible. The rest of the staff was over by the bar cursing and being loud.

It took a LONG time to get our order...We ordered steak and ribs. Both were dry, hard and not tasty. Don't know WHO was cooking that food. The broccoli was mushy and the restaurant was freezing cold. The waitress however was wonderful. Won't go there again. Some of the wait staff were not wearing masks

Ordering a to-go order is theee worst. They give you a time to arrive and then you still wait an additional 30 mins. This happens everytime I order. Bad business. They need to do a better job of estimates. Or you should order 90 mins before you're even hungry.

Even though short staffed my waitress Kylie N was exceptional. She was pleasant, efficient, and overall outstanding. The food was delicious. From the time I sat at Table#34-C5 , she made my dine in experience top of the line. Just , because of her service and the quality of my food I will return to Applebee's again. She actually smiled , made eye contact, and treated me as I was her priority. The respect level she provided was appreciated. I will return and my high tips will follow my service experience.

My husband and I went for lunch. Not too many people there at 1130 I had the Oriental Chicken salad -- always a favorite. And my husband had the Oriental Chicken salad wrap. Food was good and service was great.

The staff are the most unprofessional set of workers I have ever met. The slang of language that they use for people are living in America is disgusting. The amount of gossip that they do is way over the top. Each one of them have so much dirty laundry in their closet that they should refrain from gossiping and spreading rumors. I was there on Monday and could not believe the amount of gossip I heard that was disgraceful for Applebee’s to have as their employees. They should all be spoken to and fired right on the spot. Applebee’s should clean house and get an entire new staff that can speak the proper English. I don’t want to hear yo mon. What you want, hey girl this is inappropriate and un professional. If they cannot speak and I don’t care what race you are you don’t need to be working. This should be screened upon the interview. Management should be on each shift and observed this with customers and other staff members to hear how the employees are speaking. The next is their cell phones should be left in their vehicles if not then management has a right to remove it from them or dock their salaries. I will not visit until I hear a public announcement of all staff being fired and removed from their position.

They seriously need new management at this location. My wife and I both ordered ribeyes,We waited over 30 minutes then the waitress came back to tell us that they only had one ribeye after we specifically asked if they had them and were told they did. My wife then asked about soup and was told they were out of that also.We left and are not planning on going there again,Every time we go there is some sort of problem.Either they are out of the food that we want or something is wrong with the food,Like the time we ordered chicken alfredo and it came with no alfredo sauce. Most of the waitresses/waiters are good that's about the only good thing about this place.
