Food is delicious! I was staying up the road for the weekend and this was one of my choices to eat within walking distance. Best choice I made. Ironically, had the same waitress for every visit I made. I tried something different every visit and none of them disappointed. I will probably visit the next time I'm in town. Highly recommend, if you're in the mood for Mexican cuisine while in the area.
Over the past 4 years, while our son was attending MACU, we have eaten at Three Amigos multiple times. The food is always served nice & hot. Excelente taste and nice portions. The wait staff is always attentive and polite, too.
Service was very fast. Food was pretty good. They have a very large menu. Lots to pick from. Would stop here again.
Food was not the best. Had better white sauce with chips at another restaurant nearby. Ordered online, scheduled to pickup food at 2:15pm, arrived minutes before that, they said that they will start our order, waited at least 15 minutes, walked in to get our order, still had to wait a little and then saw some people say some threatening words to an employee.
On three occasions I have ordered take out. I am a driver on a schedule so I call ahead. My order every time is simple….a grilled chicken and cheese quesadilla only, no sauce. Went last night 2-25-22, and got a shredded chicken not grilled with unmelted cheese. The manager redid the order, said only would take a few minutes. Comes out with the order and it’s a quesadilla with sauce on top, making the quesadilla wet and soggy. I requested my money back, and stated why such a simple order be so complicated to prepare?
Everytime I think about mexican food, i immediately think of 3 Amigos! Sadly i no longer live in NC, but its a lovely establishment. The food is great and for a good deal! I love the atmosphere. Very happy i got to experience this place!

Definitely recommend the enchiladas poblana and margaritas on taco Tuesday. The medium is a big serving and just over $5. The classic margarita is my favorite but you really can't go wrong with any of the flavors. I do believe the flavors are a little more money but worth it in my opinion. I'll be back again for sure!
The atmosphere was very inviting. I could stay there all day. The staff was very friendly and professional. I had the vegitarian chimichangas 10/10 We had 5 adults and 2 toddlers that all enjoyed the food as well. Will be coming back next time we are in Elizabeth city!
We had a group of people there yesterday to eat. We have eaten there many times and have been happy, however yesterday changed. We were in a group of 6. We all ordered at the same time, however we did not get our food together. We got our food at least 30 mins apart and my husband did not get his food. This is not acceptable!
