Great food! Our 2nd time as we were traveling through the Triangle. This will become our stop with each trip!

You get lots of choices in your base, (5)proteins, dressing and great toppings that will. Even though the price in $$ the choices are excellent to build your own pleasure. We all need more restaurants like this and less fast food mile high globbed up burgers and fries. Although I'm not a burger hater. If you like sushi and you like fresh crisp salad, you,ll really like Zen Fish
Had to give this place a try and I'm so glad I did. Food was very tasty and had lots of meat. The Musubi was very tasty - I recommend getting at least 2! Staff was friendly and helpful.
The food here is very good, but one of the workers there is somewhat rude. I wanted to customize the bowl by to adding 5 small scoops of mango since you can barely taste the 1 scoop they usually give. When I requested extra scoops, she just stared at me like I was insane and didn’t say anything? So I just said let’s do 3 scoops, and she went ahead and did that. The food is great overall, but the one worker there just seems to be rude times that I’ve visited.
Late post- Came in about a week or so ago and one of the girls working named Indie was incredibly helpful with helping me choose my poke bowl. She offered great selections and was very kind.. 100% definitely recommend! It was delicious and I will be coming back soon this week on my lunch break!
Do not get fooled by the description. You gotta be kidding me with your protein portion. Ordered 4 protein based poke bowl. Offered 2 small diced poke per category at best. So that's like 2 tiny dice tune, salmon, and I could barely find the grilled chicken. Who gave you the confidence to charge it for almost $15??? This place is definitely overpriced for the serving size and the taste. The fish tasted like it's been sitting in the fridge for weeks. This place is garbage, please avoid this place.
I use to order from this place when the pandemic had first hit. Food was amazing. They would give you a good amount of fish and sauce. I went back for the first time in about 10 months and everything was skimpy. The online ordering asked if I wanted light, med or heavy sauce. I asked for heavy and had barely. I went back again and the same thing. I'm just done.
Quality products and great service staff! Lady was very enthusiast and ready to answer all my questions... The downside: scoops were smaller than a pea. The *three scoops* (that at first I thought it was too much protein for me) were soooo small that I just ended up eating just rice and greens. First time and probably the last!
My favorite restaurant in Durham. I love the freshness of the ingredients and the variety of options you have to put in your bowl. The staff are always so nice and welcoming. I’ll keep coming back here.
I laughed out loud when I opened my bowl. It had an insane amount of rice. Like 2-3 cups. And a minuscule amount of avocado and tofu. Also the miso dressing is super salty. No thanks.
