We received our food for free because we got there and the systems didn't come up yet and the manager and employees were very polite and friendly
No lights outside so can't see the menu. Service was slow. But that's the norm it seems now.
I love how quick and how nice the people are and especially how quick and efficient they are when going through the drive-thru.
This was one of the worst Zaxby's I've had in NC, I'm not from here so when I do get the chance to come to the Carolinas I love to go to zaxby's, but this zaxby's couldn't even get a zalad right...very disappointing and a waste of money...?
So, so slow. I bail on the drive thru line before ordering at least 50 percent of the time because it either doesn't move, or you get to the speaker and they ask you to hold on and then disappear.
Hours are not updated. They close at 8:30 according to sign out front. This is what we opened the kids meal to. & We paid extra for bacon in both grilled cheese (& had to pull up & wait longer for it) & there was none in one sandwich & the other wasn’t even melted.
It seems like they are literally incapable of getting an order correct. I’ve visited this location several times and each time something has gone awry. I won’t be returning.
Decided to Doordash tonight after taking a 3 month hiatus. Zaxbys was my last stop before I was going to call it quits and head home. I arrived at this location at 6:29pm and did not leave until after 7:30pm. I understood that they were very busy seeing as how the line was wrapped around the building but, I watched as they parked two cars AFTER me and they received their orders BEFORE me. At 7:15 I called and was told that they had just STARTED making my order... that is extremely unprofessional in my opinion and whomever is managing this location needs to take a long hard look at staffing and reevaluate who they put on shift. It was completely disorganized and very chaotic. I was asked 4 times who I was there to pick up for.
I don't know why but it seems Zaxby's as a whole has difficulty with serving food fast. I have been sitting in the drive through line waiting to order for 20 minutes with no cars in front of me. I have been sitting at speaker waiting to order for five of those minutes with it raining and my window open. After waiting over 20 minutes I called and was answered then hung up on. I decided to leave. If I could give zero stars I would. The lack of anyone just being present or apologizing is ridiculous. After waiting for so long I decided they obviously don't need or want my money so I went to Wendy's.
