Went through the drive thru had ordered my food pulled up to the window paid for it and was told to pull up and wait when they finally brought my food I pulled off should have checked because they gave me someone else’s order had no choice but to eat it cause I live too far to go back worst restaurant ever cause that’s not the first time it happened
The experience I had today was amazing. Timothy Alford provided exceptional customer service. It will be my pleasure to come back again.
Normally a 5 star joint, but my Cobb salad was 85% garbage (red cabbage and carrots shavings) as pictured and just enough lettuce on top to camouflage that failing. Took it to go, so Joe Pesci was still right...
Worst Zaxby’s I’ve been to. If you ever go through the drive thru, don’t pull away from the window until you check your sauces. I have never seen a place that consistently makes the same mistakes with sauces, regardless of who is working there. They will also give you fewer tenders than what you order on a semi-consistent basis.I’ve even been yelled at through the speaker in the drive thru for asking questions about wing sauces (just asking if they could be dipping sauces as well). The drive thru is also very slow
I wouldn’t return to this store. Ordered a great 8 boneless meal and got no Texas toast and only 7 boneless pieces. The chicken is also heavily over cooked. Fast food work isn’t hard and doesn’t take a lot of skill, so orders should always be right.Oh and in a time of COVID, I preordered on the app and when I came through the drive-thru I was asked if I would come in and grab my order. What’s the point of a preorder and drive-thru? Lady that handed me the food was nice, that’s about it.
So don't go here if they are within 2 hours of closing. They will not want to cook anything for you. All the people are ridiculously rude and lazy. I will never be back to this location
My husband and myself ordered food from the app on Saturday night. Once we arrived we were told RUDELY that we needed to come inside for online orders. So what is the point or having the convenience of ordering online if we have to be inconvenienced by getting out once we get there??? Chick Fil A would NEVER (which is exactly where we went after not getting our food or a refund) . The employees were awful. Answered the drive thru loudly laughing and not paying attention. Hanging out the drive thru window. Cashier told another employee to “close the window” in my husband’s face. The manager or whoever she was had absolutely no clue what she was talking about. Going in circles. We eventually drove off without food or a refund. The food at this location is never good anyway or your order will be wrong. Yea, This place needs to be closed down! ZERO STARS IF I COULD! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BEWARE!!!!
Ordered through the app and they forgot to include half of my order. Fries and chicken sandwich were very good though
All praise to whoever in there making them Bomb A** Salads!! Ohh my G*D!! I used to only eat Chick FIL A Salads, but this location has crafted them like No other. You have my vote
