Was excited to visit this place but ended up being underwhelmed. They are trying to be like MOD pizza but less topping options, smaller pizza, and they had no drink options when I went. Pizza was not bad though, hence the 2 star.

We've eaten here a few times. The restaurant is spacious and clean and has been pretty sparse in customers on our visits. The staff has been pretty friendly and engaging each time. I've tried pizza, pasta and sandwich dishes here. Pizza and pasta were the winners among them.

Our first time here and we both had a great experience. The pizzas were cooked perfectly - even had a little oven char on them - just what I really like. Fast, easy to order. Will return.

It’s so hard to find good service but I found it here.Kwa was the young lady helping us and she was so polite, patient, and CLEAN. She was so careful and neat handling our food. She even stopped to wash her hands and change her gloves after rolling the dough and before adding the toppings. There was another young man there (I didn’t get his name) but he was the same. HB was the manager on duty and he was also very helpful and very polite. This was my first time here and all 3 of them patiently answered my questions and explained things to us. I was so amazed at how I wasn’t left feeling like I was a problem because I had a question or just because I was there. I left feeling good about my visit, the food that I was about to eat, and the money I spent. The food was amazing! I am just so impressed. I’ve been wanting some good pizza for a while and I will definitely be going back there.

The customer service was horrible! The staff was goofing off, sitting down eating, being lazy, and gossiping. To add, the manager was spending time on his cell phone acting as if he did not see any customers. Next, they were out of a non-fountain drink. When asked if they had more they mentioned "No" that they were out! Yet it was hours before closing! So you mean to tell me no one else who comes in would be able to order a non-fountain drink! If you care about your hard earned money please stay away from this place in particular. The pizza was good. However, it was not worth it due to the very sorry customer service. If you are ever interested in trying this place there are other locations, but please do not visit this one.

Such a great place. Your decide what's on your pizza, it's cooked perfectly and the staff is super friendly. Really great place to take the family, a date or whoever. Can't go wrong.

Excellent selection of pizza toppings and crusts. Pizza was delicious. Timely and friendly service. It was served in a box although I was taking my lunch in the dining room. I would have preferred a plate.

First and last time we will eat here. We were the first people in the restaurant right after it opened at 11 AM. It was probably 11:30 when we were ready to order (not the restaurant's fault, we were just waiting for everyone in our party to arrive). First person in our group placed her order, then the rest of us did. We also ordered breadsticks for our party. Our pizzas come out, all except the one for the person who ordered first. She was told they had burned her pizza and were making her another one. They brought out a second pizza. It had toppings she didn't order and didn't like. She took it back up to them. By now, we are all almost done eating and still no breadsticks and she has no food to eat. When they had brought out the second (incorrect) pizza we asked about the breadsticks and were told they were coming. When her third pizza was delivered to the table (finally correct) and we STILL did not have breadstick, my husband went up to ask about them. They had been sitting (after being burned) waiting to be cut. They were burned and cold. The staff really needs training and there needs to be a manager working who knows what they are doing. It was terribly disorganized and it was very obvious that the employees did not enjoy their jobs and they didn't mind if the customers saw that. It's a great concept if it had been executed correctly. The marinara sauce was tasty and the crust crispy. Those are the two positives from our visit today. Oh, and while we were not greeted when we arrived, we were told goodbye when we left.

This is a place where you can find me at least 3 times a week. The service is always outstanding. I’ve truly ate here several times over the past year and have YET to have a bad experience; neither the food or service have ever disappointed me. The place is always clean, ingredients are always fresh, and they even have plant-based options! There’s no question as to whose pie it is. It’s definitely Your Pie!

I had high hopes, I've heard amazing things from my girlfriend about Your Pie. But this location in particular needs to retrain their employees.I walked in 5:15 on a Friday. Completely dead inside, 5 employees. I take about 30 seconds to figure out what I want and I'm ready. No one addresses me. I have to lean in on the counter and say hello, but then I am told that there is an online order and it will be a moment.Since when does ever single employee work on online orders?I patiently wait, this can't go on for a long period of time, right? Wrong. I watch four more pizzas get made, and for different online orders because I see one delivery contractor goes and another comes. For the next 15 minutes not a single employee acknowledges us again. I checked my phone for anywhere nearby, and found a nearby sports bar where we were taken care of promptly.Note to management: Retrain your employees to prioritize correctly. There should never be a time where every employee is only worried about online orders that they completely disregard the people waiting in line. At least one employee should have pivoted to take our orders. For now, I'd still like to try Your Pie, so I'll have to go with the Cary location.
