Was disappointed that the menu changed. I miss the crab salad. Had good service, but will have to find a different menu item to love.
My 1st experience was a great one. The staff was extremely helpful and informative food was super fresh and those fries hit my tummy right... my new lunch spot!
I love this place. My order is always right and the way I like it. Love the managers here. They care about making sure my experience is always positive!

Never had a cold cut style Ruben before, it's kind of pathetic and sad. They make you fill out a sandwich bag with a communal marker (during a pandemic) and then don't bother to read it... had to wait for the fries. Tough times out there, but some things are just basic service. Won't be coming back soon
Had the worst experience. I had placed a pick up order and the ladies there chose to only see the order after I had come in. They hurriedly made my sandwich and it was absolutely abysmal. Their PB&J is a joke. I don’t know how they serve that to kids. It was made in a poorly cut sub and tasted horrible. The location was also very unclean. I’ll never go here again

I am very displeased with the changes Which Wich has made. The spinach is gone, wraps are gone, crab salad is gone! In the past, I would give them five stars because of my ability to use all those items when I ordered. Now I cannot and it discourages me. I feel like I have to accept the Faves and they are pricey. I took advantage of $5 Wicked Wednesday, and Wednesdays may be the only time I go in the future.
Overpriced average sandwiches, worst customer service I've had in awhile. Perhaps it was just an off day but I'm not willing waste anymore time or money to find out.
