Word of advice to everyone seeing this review, do not go to this store ever. EVER! Every employee seeing this review, you all should get fired. This store here in general has the worst service on record due to laziness within these employees taking orders through the drive thru not speaking up through that speaker, cussing people out for no reasoning. I would have to hate to see customers waiting for like 10 minutes for their food no matter how long the line is. To repeat to all Wendy’s customers, DO NOT go to this restaurant EVER!

The Wendy's in Durham are not worth it. They have the absolute worst service of any restaurants in Durham. I drive for Doordash, and Wendy's is consistently the absolutely worst place. I now refuse to pick up orders, or eat there. I used to spend over $60 a week there personally. Dave Thomas must be spinning in his grave...

Order Baked Potato . It had been cooked so many times it was as hard as the cement. Had no taste. The employees acted as though we were bothering them. Wanted a chocolate frosty , but nwere out of chocolate. Sorry service, did not get a feciept, napkins or fork to eat with. I want be going back. I will go to the Wendy's on N. Duke Street in Durham,NC. Thank you, OH something else no one said thank you,how are you Welcome or any other words.

Our order was incorrect and we did not get receipts. On the phone, the manager was quick to offer to remake our entire order, not just the mistakes, even without receipts. We came to pick them up at a later mealtime and also had two additional separate orders in the car—it was very confusing and with their divided attention it’s a miracle they got it all right in the end and kept very cool at a very busy time. Frankly, I hope they at least got the satisfaction of spitting in our food for all they put up with from us, because I know for a fact Wendy’s doesn’t pay them enough to give that kind of above and beyond customer service.

This Wendy's is the best, friendliest, accommodating place around. Helped a whole baseball get fed! Manger was a savior! Bless you all for your hard work and smiles!!!

Not sure what the ladies name was working at the window 03/07/22 at 10:05am but she needs a new job. 1) asked us to wait and took longer than it should 2) had the personality of a stick 3) put 2 pieces of ice in a large drink and seemed upset we asked for a cup of ice. Will not return if customer service is like this here.

This location has turn to be te worse the service is horrible and the staff are rude we pull up we waited and we thought the speaker wasn’t working because we were there for a while and none one said anything after we said hello, this rude lady told us that we had just pull that that’s why none one said anything the fact the she was so rude we decided to leave and instead of her apologizing or anything she told us to have a great afternoon this basically is telling us to leave. They are many restaurants around with better customer service this hasn’t been the first time this location are being rude we definitely not coming back.

So glad my child convinced me to try this location again. Wendy’s is typically our go-to if we indulge in fast food. Last few times, food was cold and tasted old. I was empathetic because I could see how tired the limited staff appeared. However, I didn’t want to go back. After some convincing…..,,This past time, staff was friendly, food was hot, and the store seemed well-staffed. Great job Wendy’s for working through a rough time.

This Wendy's has hit rock bottom. At one time, I was eating here 3-4/week. The last 1 1/2 years, it has steadily performed below average. Their Wendy's scanner has not worked in a month, maybe more. Today, they did not honor a $2 off mobile coupon which should have been easily entered into the register - employee said it could not be done towards a 4 for $4 - the app has no language that it cannot be used towards it. The lobby has been closed for weeks. So many other instances of poor service. I would like to give them another chance; doubtful, very doubtful.

Gave this location a second chance after terrible food and service so rude.This time made my Oder, but he was outside so couldn’t put Oder in, asked me to repeat order,, he said ok pull around, no confirmation, I ordered a Dave’s double combo large with sweet tea and a large chili. Pulled around again asked me my order. Paid, handed me my bag, I asked for some crackers, we don’t have crackers. He handed me my drink. Closed window, I needed a receipt. Got receipt. Drove down the rode, my drink was not tea but coke, opened the bag my chilis lid was laying in the bag, and only had my fry’s. No Dave’s double, made the 3 mile loop back, pulled up to window, woman hands me a bag without asking what I was there for, I guess they realized they didn’t put the burger in bag. I drove forward and thought I better check the bag. Guess what not my burger, it was a bacon cheeseburger. Drove back around and the guy said what’s up? I told him what I had ordered vs received, he said just a moment then came back to window. We don’t have any meat cooked please pull forward to wait! Nope I’m out. Not again. How can corporate not do something about these locations like this.
