The people was nice but the waffles for me wasn't all that great just okay.I don't think I would go back no time soon.Overall the people and customer service was cool.
Server on 3rd shift is rude. Made me wait in front of the cash register for 15 minutes to hand me my online order, which was sitting on the counter. She never asked if I was picking up or placing an order. She even reached over me to take payment from another customer, then continued to ignore me. I finally got my food when a cook turned around and asked if I had an online order. She needs customer service training.
I do not mind the online ordering, but it needs to be updated ASAP. It's not the full menu and up to date with what is current, as well as the in user being able to make necessary edits for an order.It's especially frustrating when you can no longer call the store to speak to someone to make changes or inform them of your order updates.Other than that, I love this location. I have never had a problem with my food or the service any time of the day.

My waffle looked so sad this morning. It was soo so sooo much smaller than usual and is completely different than the other waffle houses I’ve been to by far. The photos on here look a lot better yet I received a baby waffle that’s a light cream color (close to white).
We had a great experience and the food was delicious. Star was handling the entire restaurant by herself and did a fantastic job. She got our food out quickly and kept a check on us while running the entire restaurant.
Wasn't busy at all. The All Star breakfast was great! Eggs were great. The meal was hot!
When you order online, sometimes you cant because they just wont let you send in your order until a time that always gets pushed back making it so that the order can never be sent in they will track your internet usage with their ordering platform OLOyou can try to have olo stop tracking your data but there is not much you can do once you order from them. They will automatically put a tracker on your browser after you visit them even once. Waffle house must be okay with selling their customer's usage history which is not something I am okay with. The instructions to try and get them to stop tracking you is essentially "get stuff that will make it so we cant" instead of "we will stop trying to track you and use your data." It is nefarious and not something I should be thinking about when I am trying to get some hash brownsIf I were anyone and you like waffle house do not order online. Its not worth the time or the fact that some company that in not waffle house is now going to track your internet browser
First time at this location. The waitress was on point! She was very attentive. Unfortunate I can't remember her name because it was 3 weeks ago. But I do remember that her mom works there too and she was very nice and attentive as well.
