Very nice server. Coffee good. My chicken Texas melt was burned.. Also the chicken was over cooked and dry.
I'm not sure why, but when I went into the store, I was told i had to place the order online, for take out. So I place my order online, (in the restaurant), the cashier in front of me, was telling the cooks my order. Like what is the difference, if I would have just told you, lol. Anyhow...the food was delicious and the staff were fast, friendly, and professional.
Only 3 booths open to customers. Counter and entire opposite side of restaurant were roped off to customers. The server cleaned one of them for us. Lots of food and trash under table that didn't get cleaned, so we had to kick the trash away from our feet.Service was good and servers were polite.
Ordered steak, egg, and hash. You can just about pick any Waffle House, depening on the chef, the food quality can vary. This one was really good.
Rarely prepare order correctly. Server called order correctly, specifying to prepare 1 order of bacon regular and 1 order of bacon light, but the cooks do their own thing. Both came off at the same time and neither were cooked evenly; some parts crispy, some light and some regular
Came in this morning and I had the pleasure of meeting one of the employees Ben, he was the only one working at the store, cooking and taking orders. The customer service I received was above and beyond 5 stars, the food Ben cooked look just like it came out of a magazine and was the best breakfast I've had in quite some time. This is my first time at this location and I'll definitely be returning. The world needs more employees like Ben.
The atmosphere was welcoming. The young ladies were nice and had my food ready in good time. Definitely will come back.
Horrible service! Made an online order and came in to pick it up. Everything was stuffed into one container when I ordered 3 different meals. No utensils were in the bag and I chose that when I made the order. I also had no syrups in my bag to go with 2 waffle orders. Then when I asked they said it was 50 cents for syrup. They walked off and left me at the counter without saying anything else. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog. Bad thing is that I left a tip online. I highly regret that

Come here almost every week if I get the chance, convenient for breakfast since it's right up the street from my job. Rarely busy in the morning, foods great, waffles are yummy, the burgers are what brings me back though.
