The staff and food for pretty good. I had the Texas patty melt plate which was filling and kept me energized just long enough to make it back home after a long drive doing Lyft. The staff there, despite having the place roped off that late at night for cleaning, still allowed me to use the restroom and were very hospitable. We cracked a few jokes just to pass the time until the food was ready. I found that comradery to be the most welcoming. Shoutout to the late night and graveyard shifts.
Waffle House is Waffle House, but the workers are what make each location great or bad. This location at times, has some of the most efficient and nicest staff around. Especially new super Caela, always gives great customer service!
This is by far one of the best locations I've ever been too. Customer service was amazing. Super cleanest location and the food was cook to perfection!!❤️ Will have to stop by again on my next road trip. Thanks again ladies.
Terrible attitudes& Dirty! I walk in & the cashier rudely states “we only taking online orders” then turns around and continues talking. I place my order online but order the wrong thing, when I ask how do I go about getting the right order, the toothless cook tells me “online orders don’t have nothing to do with us, you gonna have to place another order” as I’m walking out a couple comes in & they proceed to make a order IN STORE at the the register. Smh this Waffle House will hire anyone. Never eating here again. And the food was burnt.
This place was very busy when I went but the food was great! The Staff was very friendly! I will be back soon!
I come here on occasion to have breakfast (or breakfast for lunch/dinner). The prices have gone up, but that's his because of covid, so I can't really complain. It's still delicious food in a laid back environment that can't be replicated anywhere else.
Food was great but gave me regular toast and not raisin toast which was what was ordered that automatically comes with what I ordered. If they were out of raisin toast, I would've like to have been told that. I didn't know this till I got my food and got ready to eat it back at the hotel.
I frequent waffle houses from Maryland to Georgia from east to west of each state and I must say that this was the cleanest one I have eaten in. I eat at the waffle house at least 7 times a month for the last 35+ years. The manager is very friendly and personable. Thank you ?
Once we got our seats, we waited at least 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. After we got our food, our waitress never came back to our table. I had to ask another lady to refill our drinks, and replace my burnt bacon. Honestly, don’t waste your time coming here. I’m sure there is better waitresses but not around lunchtime.
My family and I visit this location on Friday. First my grandson received his food before the rest of us. Then we order the meal with the waffle. We never received them instead the cook caught a attitude because she did not cook them. I would never go there again. I would rather travel 40 miles out the way.
