I would rate the food 5/5, however, the service deserves less than 0/5 if possible. We had an extremely rude server with a standoffish attitude. Rude, dismissive, avoided stopping by our table because he didn’t like being asked why our food was taking over an hour to arrive, even the appetizer which showed up after our main course took about 75 minutes to arrive. We had to flag down a manager to get refills. Overall a very bad experience. Great food if you can stand being treated poorly while you wait over an hour for it.
The food and service was excellent. We received our order very quickly and it was correct. Matt our server was there when we needed him. And the restaurant was very clean
Thank you for your prompt service, great staff and delicious food! This was my first visit to an uncle Julio's and I can definitely say that I'll be back. I ordered the salmon and it was perfectly cooked. It paired nicely with the Mexican rice and pinto beans. Typing up this review already has me thinking about planning my next visit.
I went in expecting a bland corporate experience at the mall, what I experienced instead was delicious margaritas and fantastic shrimp fajitas with in-house made tortillas that were soft, thick, and delicious. They could’ve used more variety of hot sauce but no place is perfect.
So I have really mixed feelings about this place. My wife and I have been wanting to try this place out. However I am not sure we will come back. The food was really good. However everything else made it horrible. We had reservations but had to wait 15 minutes. Then it took an hour to get our food!!! The server’s area was disgusting.

If anyone would like to see photos comparing when the restaurant opened to now I'm happy to share them because the evidence says it all. Just because the pandemic hit doesn't mean businesses have the right to charge outrageous amounts for poor food and that was my experience on our return trip. Our server was clearly overwhelmed. It took 35 minutes for me to receive my drink from the bar and 25 minutes for the "large" guacamole with which the plate it was served on dwarfed it's portion. My drink was pretty good, but my skirt steak (the second most expensive meal on the menu) was fatty, undercooked and sadly portioned. When comparing the dish to photos I took on opening it's clear management is cutting corners. Once I got the bill I was floored. The only saving grace is our poor server because she really tried to keep us happy. We'll never be back.
Our dining experience was horrible. I planned this dinner for my 24th birthday and made the reservation for 10 people at 7:15. We got our food finally at 9 and I had asked numerous times for a water to drink as had many others and we never got them… we were sharing one cup at the table amongst numerous people because we could never get our waitress to bring us waters. The food came out missing numerous side dishes and fajita fixings and one person in our party never could get any ketchup brought despite asking multiple times. When we went to pay the waitress had to come back three separate times trying to figure out who all had what. One person in our parties card was used twice! Fortunately it was seen by somebody else that their ticket had her card name on it or she would have left without knowing. People in our group had to leave early because they had plans at 10 and never thought a 7:15 dinner reservation would make them late. I was looking forward to spending my birthday with my friends in a restaurant I had always enjoyed going to but now I will never be back.
Arrived 7:40 for a 7:45 reservation. Took 10 minutes to get a seat. Then 20 minutes for a server to arrive - even after asking the host 3 times to get assistance. We were promised free guacamole and it never arrived. Have been in this restaurant for 1 hours and 25 minutes without food arriving. In addition we were sat in the bar instead of the restaurant area without being asked or consisted. Absolute worst customer experience I have received in a long, very long time. We never saw the manager as they seem to be cowering in fear. Just left after 90 Minutes with no food.

This is a big restaurant. We used the Google reservation system and was seated was soon as we walked in. They serve large portions in comparison to most Mexican food. The quality and briery are both very good. They are on the higher end of the cost arc, but again you get a lot of good.Our biggest complaint on the day we went was the service was slow from an inattentive waiter
