Tried this place for the first time recently. Walking in the door, I noticed this place had a strong smell, almost like a moldy mop or public bathroom. Not a good way to start. I asked the young man behind the counter for a tasting cup. He didn’t speak and handed me one cup as if I was bothering him. My friend finished getting her cup first and went and paid. The young man rang her up without even addressing her, speaking to her, looking at her or anything. He seemed to be on his phone. When I went up to pay for my cup the young man pointed at my friend (she was already eating her ice cream by this time) and said, are you going to pay for that? It was so rude. He had just rung her up! It was his fault he wasn’t paying attention. And to point and ask me if I was paying for her cup was just plain rude. The way he said it was as if we were trying to steal from them. I will never return to this place. It’s more expensive than other places per ounce, it smells, the ice cream has that fake sugary taste, and the workers are rude. I’ll take my money elsewhere.
I have never written a review before but every topping my mom and I got was stale and old. The 1 guy working there was very rude as well. Waste of money, I would not recommend going to this location.
Yogurt selections are usually good as are toppings. They no longer allow dining inside yet website shows they do. Much prefer indoor dining as there is no outdoor dining on site.
I just left this location and put the yogurt right back on the counter. It was just the cashier and 1 other person in there. Went down the line and made selections then went to register. I said Hello how are you doing. The cashier didn’t acknowledge nor even look me in the eyes. So I politely tried again. He says - do you have a club card? I asked is everything ok. He told me the price & said it like I was disturbing him. Unless the cashier with black hair wearing a black t-shirt is the owner who is shutting down his business today- He shouldn’t be working behind the counter. I’ve worked in the service industry for over a decade. Bad days, tragic or sad you do NOT take it out on customers. He had a nasty attitude the whole time. Guess what? MY $$ don’t come that easy. Being nasty, rude or disrespectful won’t get you my cash. If the owner is reading this ask him what the issue is. Why did he lose you a $10 sale on a cup of yogurt during a pandemic….Don’t waste your $$ here people. Especially if the kid with the black haired bowl cut is working.
Clean environment. I tried almost every flavor on the same day and all are tasty. Definitely I will recommend.They also got lot of toppings. I will be keep tasting ice creams here.
Kind of gross :/ nothing tasted fresh. The minute I walked in it smelled bad but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Especially for the price it majorly disappointed. Even if it was lower in price, I still regret putting it in my body
They never open on time. Good thing the businesses next to them open early ?
Decent selection of frozen yogurt, however they have a large selection of toppings ?
Very disappointed that they don’t have allergy friendly FROYO. Most FROYO places have GF/DF options and this one DOES NOT. Not allergy friendly. Labels on FROYO not helpful at all. I would not recommend this place if you have food allergies or have specific dietary restrictions. Staff not really helpful , clarifying label on FROYO.
My son's friend drove me there and I saw strawberry first so that went on the bottom and then I wanted vanilla and then chopped peanuts and I was in love all over again I can't wait to go back...
