I had ordered a doordash order 6/3. Placed the order around 8:15ish. I wait 45 minutes for my food and when it arrives in the complete wrong order for an entirely DIFFERENT person. And all the order consisted of was just smoothies that I didn’t order and no food. I get mistakes happen but I’ve stopped ordering in the past because of inconsistency. I try and order again and its the same thing.
The people here are so nice and hard working, specifically Roberto. It’s strange I come here almost everyday and you start to form relationships with the people at the store. I consider Roberto one of my friends. Thank you Tropical Smoothie S Miami!
I normally come to this location but they have officially LOST a customer! I ordered a salad but instead i get only tomato, chicken, & cheese. WHO DF CREATES A SALAD WITHOUT ANY GREENS ??! My order specifically said no romaine lettuce but instead of verifying with me about if the spinach was considered “romaine” they left it out completely. Totally displeased! ? They basically stole money from me!!

It’s sad that after continuous (over a year) bad reviews the owner still hasn’t improved with their staff. This shows the establishment does not care about their customers. I recommend not buying here since the customer’s concerns have not been addressed and their employees are not properly trained and or monitored by management. DON’T GIVE UR MONEY!

Was there to get a smoothie, but i just stood there at the counter for 5 mins and watched them clean and do everything else. Said excuse me to get their attention, they just looked at me and went on. So I assumed they aren’t serving which is weird bc they are open. Poor customer service.
Order online everything was ready 5mins before scheduled time. Really nice music and atmosphere. The wrap was bigger than expected pleasant surprise. I will be back.
I’ve been to this tropical smoothie once or twice and the customer service lacked and the smoothies were mediocre. I only stop by this once if I am traveling on that side of town
It tasted pretty good. They remade my smoothie with no issues. Clean environment. Good customer service. Nothing bad but not extraordinary either.
