I came to the bar downstairs in August 2018 with friends for a night out. At that time, I purchased one beverage, which I used my debit card to pay for. The next morning, I realized I was charged for the drink twice rather than being charged once. I immediately called to request a refund. I was promised a refund multiple times by the manager, Anna, however, I never received it. I have called several more times in the last few weeks and my call has not yet been returned. It is now two months later and I still have not received a refund. I am very disappointed in the way this situation has been handled. I will not be returning in the future.
Interesting ambiance. But AJ was fantastic. Best bartender I've had in a long time. Justin was my morning barista. He was also fantastic!
