The cashier was way to busy getting his flirt on to deal with customers waiting to order . I took my business to the Durham Hotel coffee bar. The woman behind the counter was attentive to what we wanted and provided excellent service
This food was FANTASTIC! I am vegan and have limited options every restaurant I go, but here there were so many things to choose from I couldn’t even pick. Service was also amazing and the restaurant has such adorable decor. HIGHLY recommend.
Stopped by for coffee and a ham and cheese croissant this morning. My husband and I ordered a iced latte and iced chai - both of which were amazing - not watered down like most places! The croissant I was delicious and fresh. Their prices are reasonable and service is great! Definitely recommend their coffee!
The place is amazing. Just stumbled on it while I was trying to find a coffee shop around DPAC on Friday evening while my other family members were at DPAC. They happened to have live Jazz group playing. Coffee was great too. The only downside was that they didn't have any pastries left...but maybe because it was bit late for a sweet dish. Overall great experience. Will certainly be back.
I would say that this coffee shop is a must for coffee lovers! The service was excellent; Blake & Cedar were fantastic and very helpful. The variety of coffee was very nice, and the atmosphere was very satisfying. If you like your coffee shops, then this is a must-visit! We will be back again!
This is a great place to unwin and have a drink. great selection on beer, wine, liquor and coffee. they have a little something for everyone. the staff is every nice and helpful. we will definitely be going back.
After a disaster trying to check into my hotel (no hot water!) I decided to wait at The Oak House while things got straightened out. I was excited to find a chic coffee shop that also featured a full bar and local beers on tap. The bartenders were super nice as I de-frazzeled myself over a beer and made a great recommendation of a super weird sour to try. It was excellent and turned my day around.
Coffee was yummy, loved the atmosphere, and staff was nice. I felt like maybe the menu could have been more detailed with any additional add ins or flavors they offer; we just ordered off the specials menu. But the coffee itself was wonderful and had a flavor I've never tried before. I didn't try any of their alcohol, but it looked like they had a huge variety that was not commonly seen. Bourbon in my delicious Mocha Latte? Yes. Just absolutely yes. I love sitting at the window and you can grab a slice of pizza and bring it into eat with your well made drink! The staff is just fantastic as well.
