We have been to this location a handful of times. The food is okay but the customer service is always absolutely horrible. We always try to be polite and it is met with such rudeness and impatience. Check out Jimmys in Durham if you want a decent hot dog, their customer service is much more reasonable. We certainly will not be back to the Dog House.
Poor attitude!! Pulled up before opening and was told that it was another 10 minutes which was fine, I knew that and planned to wait. Few minutes later I was informed that only hotdogs would be ready. Asked if fries would be available she slammed the window and said she would have to cook some. If you’re going to open at 10 then everything should be ready. That’s not the point. Customer service is everything.
Cheese Spud are good the pies are good and there's sausage dogs are good overall a very good place to eat
If you like hot dogs this is the place for you. They have good hotdogs and fries. They are a little slow ,but it is definitely worth it. I like the sweet tea. I don’t know what or if the other food is like. I always just get two hot dogs with fries and a sweet tea. I like it a lot. I would highly recommend this to anyone who likes hotdogs. The dog house is a great place to do.
They use the red cheap nasty hotdogs from the store, paid $10 for 2 red gross hot dogs and fries
The hotdogs are good but that brunswick stew is to die for!! If you have not had, you should give it a try! Staff if always friendly and seem to take the extra precautions to deal with covid.

Wonderful. Haven't eaten at this location, but, the hot dogs were good as usual and the staff very professional.
Raw fries and this has happened multiple times this my only complaint. Everything else here is good food if they can just cook there fries and stir them while cooking I watched them at the walk up window as the were cooking and alot of the fries were sticking out of the oil and they never got shook up as they pulled them right of the oil and served them. All the fries in my picture are raw and can't eat them.
Fast, great service. Really nice people and the dogs are great ?
