The variety of cheesecakes never disappoints! The banana cream cheesecake is light and very satisfying. It does not seem like you are indulging at all! Even though the wait to be seated is sometimes long, it is definitely worth the wait. I have been to this location several times and each time I have tried a different meal. The salmon was delicious and mildly seasoned which is perfect for me. The sliders were freshly cooked and nothing like that of any of the local fast-food restaurants. The chicken alfredo was creamy and the chicken was soft and definitely not dried out or overcooked. The pizza was a treat for an appetizer as was the pot stickers, a bit heavily oiled, but otherwise a nice treat. A definite must stop if you have some time to sit and enjoy a delicious relaxing meal with family or friends. If you want a quick in and out meal, then you may want to bypass this location or opt- out for take-out.
Complementary multigrain and white bread was served upon seating! I thought, ‘No!’ because I love carbs and wanted only my dessert to be high in carbs. ? Ha! Anyway, my date and I ordered Chicken Madeira- chicken breasts topped with Mozzarella cheese in addition to mushrooms, complemented with sides asparagus and mashed potatoes; I substituted the latter with broccoli. It was delicious! For dessert, we shared the White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle, crust being dark chocolate, topped with whipped cream. Great selection indeed, not too sweet, being my favorite part of the meal! ☺️ We were served by Jordan. She did great, was patient and calm, did not make us feel rushed as we took time to view the various menu options, even recommended a few desserts. The wait time wasn’t bad this Thursday evening, 10 minutes. The atmosphere and location were both of our liking; we enjoyed our time here. ?
The dine in was nice, the food was tasty. The staff were friendly, but the downside was the wait time was around 40 mins. We did opt in for take out a couple of times, there was no consistency in taste for some dishes. It's always been a nice experience when dining in.
The food was great and the our waiter was great. They did not have shrimp for the shrimp plater or ingredients for Thai wraps or Thai salad. All and all everything was good

Pretty good pasta! I've always gotten the chicken sliders, but this time I went with pasta after not going here for a pretty long time. It's your basic corporate chain restaurant. Pretty good though! They were able to accommodate my weird order of "fettuccine with cheese sauce, chicken, onions, spinach, tomatoes, and mushrooms," which I appreciated. The family was satisfied :)
Our first visit to this Cheesecake Factory was dissappointing. We had aturkey and avocado sandwich and the chopped salad. the sandwich was fine. The chopped very poor. It was supposed to have chicken in it but the chicken was difficult to find. The chop was too fine. I have had several chopped salads before and this was definitely the worst. Of course, I will never order it again. Service was OK but nothing exceptional. Back to the meals. For $14.50 apiece, we thought the meals were a poor value. We will eat elsewhere on our next visit to Southpoint.

The food was amazing and quick, and the customer service was the best I have ever had, no doubt about it. We had Alex as our server, and he was awesome. He was funny and made sure our experience at The Cheesecake Factory was memorable. He engaged with our table and made sure to check up on us frequently, making sure we had everything we needed. Alex was incredibly organized, and knew the ins and outs of every item on the menu. Again, the best food and customer service I've ever had, and I definitely will come back for more!
Our service was absolutely amazing, but food was just ok. Very nice presentation, but the Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp were good, but definitely not memorable. The Whiskey Smash cocktail was very tasty.
