When you enter the establishment you order at the counter which is fine. No different then you would at McDonalds. However, unlike McDonalds they flip the little tablet around and ask for a tip. On top of that they have the audacity to rate your tip from good to great. What do you get for said tip? You get to pick up your own napkins and utensils on your way to your table. They will deliver your food but don’t expect anyone to return to check on you. The food was ok which brought my rating up to a 2 star.
For lunch I had the Southwest bowl and it was delicious ??. The staff were very nice and patient until I could decide what I wanted. Place looks like a fun party place when it would be busy. It's right next to a brewery, that's a plus.
I came across this gem searching for a good sandwich spot in the area. I'm not from this city, so I'm not familiar with the hot spots in Durham. I ordered the Klopp (Pastrami Reuben), with the sourdough bread, instead of rye. It was delicious! I highly recommend the sourdough! Paired it with sweet potato fries. They had a Dijon mustard on the side, but it isn't a traditional Dijon mustard. It was really good! Maybe like a honey mustard mixed with dijon mustard. They may make it there. I went for lunch, so I didn't drink, but they had a nice selection of drinks at the bar, and looked like a nice spot for friends to hang out for dinner and a couple beers. I would highly recommend this place.
Normally this place knocks it out of the park, just sad that was not the case with my last order. Went out on a limb and tried the Veggie Green Rover, and was wildly disappointed! Barely any smoked mushrooms and they missed putting the avocado on the sandwich completely! Since this order was a pick-up it had me completely bummed. My husband had a great experience, ordering the Stevie G with Bang Bang sauce + Bang Bang Tots. Totally amazing, so I should have done the same.
If you’re a soccer fanatic like myself, you MUST go and check this place out. The entire place screams football. From jerseys and scarfs, to framed pictures of football legends from all eras hanging on walls everywhere. I didn’t go there during a game but I can only imagine how would this place look during a big premier league derby for example.On top of all the alter, the food is really really good and right next door is a bottle shop so you’re also getting amazing food and drinks the entire time you’re there. You could probably spend half a day there and won’t even notice you’ve been there that long. Loved it and will definitely go again next time I’m in Durham.

I wasn't blown away by my BLT, but those I was with really enjoyed their burgers and salads. It's a fast casual format with a fairly quiet area to eat. There's access to a great selection of beer from Beer Study. I expect to return frequently.
