Friendly staff. Great service
The service was World ? class, the steak was cooked to perfection.
Was told we couldn’t come in and sit at the bar had a 20-30 minute wait, no problem. Was seated in a back corner then took the waitress 20 minutes or more to come take drink order. Got drinks had to ask for utensils and napkins. Bread was over cooked and was given dirty plates with the bread. We finished our drinks was waiting again for something to drink. Got up and moved to bar ordered a double White Russian and supposedly they made it according to the computer all I can say is the computer recipe needs to be changed. It was all cream maybe a splash of Kahlua, the drink looked like a glass of white milk. I refuse to pay $9.00 for a glass of cream. Steak my boyfriend ordered wasn’t cooked right. He ordered it to be done med. well and it was well done. I understand they were busy and probably training new people but no excuse for drink made incorrectly.
I expected a crowd on a Saturday night. This level of attendance was outrageous. But the staff handled us and everyone else with a polite smile and friendly attitude. That was the first step in the right direction. After being seated we didn't have to look around for someone to take drink orders. Before we knew it, someone was back to take food orders. Such prompt service was borderline eerie! Zero delays in getting our appetizer and subsequently our main meal. Our salad dressing (Blu cheese vs ranch) was the only blunder we experienced during the visit. In the grand scheme of things, the quality of food, hospitality, etc. this was a very insignificant set back. We celebrated my wife's birthday in the best location!
See title - this is an excellent place to come if you like meat, but not great if you don't. Our party of two consisted of one person in each category. The meat eater was very happy, with plenty of delicious steak, ribs and chicken options to choose from. But pretty much the only option for a vegetarian is the country veg plate, which simply consists of 4 different sides of your choice. This is OK, but it's hardly a spectacular feast, and the vegetarian in our party was underwhelmed by the selection. Is there no way Texas Roadhouse could offer a veggie burger or something a bit more exciting for a non meat eater? Prices are fair and service was very good, with drinks and bread rolls being replenished quickly, and friendly staff. We will visit again, but we truly hope there's a more expanded menu for vegetarians next time.
Service was great! Food was very hot. I'm a server at Zweli's 1st Zimbabwe restaurant in the US in Durham so we left her 40$ on an 76$ check because us servers pay it forward and understand how hard we work.
A young man held the door for me when I came in and said welcome…that’s the only reason for two stars instead of one. The smell of the restaurant when I walked in was so bad I had to pull my mask off twice to be sure. I’ve worked in a lot of restaurants…a rotten smell in a restaurant is a big red flag. I had to leave. I really wanted to love it because my mom really wanted a steak. But dang! Maybe time for a deep clean….and none of the girls behind the counter said anything to me..one girl standing out front was trying really hard not to make eye contact as she snuck past me. That was weird.
Very dirty place. Food arrived cold! There were no utensils — arrived after a couple of min. & gave us plastic utensils. Very poor service. Servers were very rude!
Texas Roadhouse is always our go to place for a GREAT meal and some HOT rolls! We asked them to donate us (Greater Works Outreach Ministries) food items to help us feed the Homeless Community...and let me tell you without hesitation they came through! It's not only wonderful that we can sit and have a hot meal but an AWESOME experience knowing that they are willing to HELP feed the community! Thank you Texas Roadhouse...#LIFE #GROWTH #WEALTH
This was the nasty restaurant I’ve been to in a long time. I use to go there all the time especially when Tyler was the manager. The female bathroom was a complete mess.. The rattlesnake bite were under cooked, my 12 oz ribeye was over cooked, my Caesar salad was saturated with dressing, the potato was ok. Our server was slack. I surely was disappointed in my dinner outing with my daughter !!
