Had a great experience at Tandoor restaurant while hosting my son’s first birthday party. Food and service were excellent. Specially starters, desserts and of course Tandoor special tawa fry were mouth watering.Owner Preety is a very sweet lady. I use to come here for working lunch pre COVID. Placed a to go order yesterday and the food is STILL amazing. The owner told me that the buffet has reopened which is great to hear. Always pleasant, friendly service.
Amazing experience! My husband and I were out driving and trying to find a new place to eat when we stumbled across this place. I am so happy we did! Food was delicious and portion sizes were huge! Allena was our server and she definitely helped add to the overall great experience. She really took care of us and made sure we had a great first time. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!
Ordered Mutton biriyani. Mutton was overcooked and biriyani all soaked in oil. I dont recommend biriyani at this place.
Best food in Durham! I moved here several months ago and tried out every food place around, but always find myself coming back here. My favorite meals are chicken saag and chicken korma as pickup orders right when I get off work. Decided to try chicken vindaloo for the first time today
Tandoor Indian is one of our favorite Indian restaurants in RTP. It’s very conveniently located for easy accessibility and friendly service makes you want to go there again.We had also tried their catering service for a family event and they provided wonderful experience - starting from suggesting options, selecting a menu, tasting food to adjust recipe according to our dietary preferences and finally professionally delivering the food!Would definitely recommend again.
We had an engagement party at Tandoor Indian Grill, Durham over the last weekend and we had a great experience in the party. Customer serves was great and all the guests were very happy for their gesture. Coming to the food all the guests were very happy for the Delicious food from Appetizer to Main course and the party was grand success. I have to Thank you PreethiJi and Mr Dale for their wonderful support all along the party. I will be visiting this place more often from now on..,!!!!!!!!!!
Yet again disappointed with desi restaurants.I had ordered Non-veg thali. It had two curries ( chicken n lamb), Raita n half cooked Kheer where I cooked still taste the rice rawness and a stale samosa. Restaurants should be serving onion based gravy curries and not homestyle tomato gravy.Like what else do I tell that I wont be going ever again!!!
Friendly owners and staff. The food is consistent and tasty, with standard prices. Fast service for take out or eat in. They also have large event space. This is my go to spot.
Food was fine. I like more spicy and flavor wasn't that spicy for me. But if someone want to try indian food but avoid spicy it's good restaurant to try. Loved the customer service lady was very attentive and friendly... Will be back if in the area....
