Online and the hours on the door say this location opens at 8:00 but we were told they didn't open until 8:30 by someone who was there at 8:00 in the drive thru. 3 other cars came and left while we were here as well.

We had a great time at this Taco Bell in the South Point Mall of Durham. This cafe of multiple restaurants is called the Fork in the Road. In this cafe is Taco Bell. Unlike many Taco Bells during the pandemic they are actually open for dine in as the whole cafe is open. We would highly recommend you go there. The service was great and they were very nice people.

Customer service was excellent. The girl with the red braids was extremely polite and helpful on the other hand I ordered a power menu bowl veggie and it was DISGUSTING. There was barely any rice or beans, it was loaded with lettuce and sour cream, and everything was cold. CUSTOMER SERVICE ?? FOOD ??
