Tried to go there today evening. Didn’t see lights on and I could tell it was closed. The website said it was open and dine in was allowedDidn’t wind up eating there. Plus I tried to call the phone number but it went to some automated voicemail. Overall Disappointed
In this place they told me my two year old had to wear a mask. That’s stupid. Either way in this place it’s always dirty and never have anymore then 4 flavors. They should have everything cleaned and more flavors, and not demand babies to wear masks since they won’t leave them on.
So bad place. The person who was there asked me to put a mask to my 2 years old baby. So terrible person there.
Just stopped at this “Sweet Frogs” and the worker was very rude. When I walked in I said, “Hello” and she just looked at me. I asked about the ice cream being out and she stated it takes an hour to defrost with an attitude and I went going to defrost it.There was hardly no flavors available. She definitely didn’t want to work today. She had no smile on her face. The customers leaving behind me said, “They will never return with her attitude.” I agree! My family and I walked out and will never return again.Poor costumer service and wasn’t friendly at all.
The froyo was pretty good. It was nice and refreshing on a hot day. Would go again. Staff was friendly.
This place was amazing! Super clean, yummy, and fun. I love coming here! A little pricy, but it's totally worth it.
We went today at 5PM (middle of normal business hours for a Saturday) and the shop was closed up tight. No sign saying that they were closed during normal business hours or anything. Very disappointing.
This is the worst sweetfrog I’ve ever been to. They only had 3 flavors of ice cream that would work several other shot liquid into your cup and you had to start over. The toppings were stale, no hot fudge. The answer to all the questions were, they don’t really tell us or the truck hasn’t come.
Could use a good cleaning, was absolutely unsanitary/filthy.
Me and my son really love the different flavors and great customer service this site is clean and very inviting ?
