Manager is always friendly, our favorite Subway in Durham. Wish I could give more stars.
This location does Not accept drive Thur, pick up outside window orders, nor do they take walk ups to the outside window. Even though they claim that you can at this location. Out of all the years I’ve been coming never had an issue until today. Long story short they will lose business from my family and I solely based on the inconvenience of not having the convenience to use the walk up/drive thru window option. I’m very disappointed in the workers wanting me to wake my two sleeping babies just for their convenience. Instead of simply taking the time to speak with me and take my order.
It's a great place to eat and you can eat as healthy as you want, they please everyone with the different choices they offer.
