Worst cup of coffee. It tasted like the milk had gone sour.
My drink was made incorrectly this morning (first time this has happened to me, at this store) and I explained to the awesome employee where the error was, and she graciously made me another one!
I ordered the ribbon crunch and it was so watery & had no thickness to it at all! the barista that fixed my drink absolutely does not know how to fix this drink!! Really mad at myself because I didn’t try it before I left because I would’ve Ask them to remake it really disappointed…. And if I wasn’t so far away I would take it back absolutely not drinking this what a waste of money☹️
This is a very cool concept! There are no tables and chairs, here. You just push-open the cool swinging glass door, and you can place your order in person or pick-up from the shelf, if you ordered online/mobile. They are very quick and efficient here, and very friendly. The on-street parking can be a bit of a pain, depending on the time of day, but that only adds to the charm of being downtown. Love it!
Judy is an amazing person. She really made my birthday special and went above and beyond. I really appreciated the time she spent with me to make sure I got what I wanted. Plus, she sang me happy birthday! She is a gem!
They completely ignored me when I walked in, despite me saying ‘excuse me’ in a normal manner several times to try to get their attention. Someone in the kitchen even responded ‘eXcUsE mE’ in a mocking manner (??), yet still no one addressed me directly so I just left. Wild…
While the drive thru was wrapped around then building, we ordered ahead on the app and just walked straight in, collected our order, and left. So quick!
this place is horrible. honestly you can get better coffee thats litterly right next door at the local spot. and its cheaper!
I love my Starbucks I always get the grilled cheese and the pink drink and it never disappoints love love this place voice.
First time at this location and I was in desperate need of coffee lol. These folks took excellent care of me and completely understood why I was there in my pj pants and hooded sweater.
