I love Starbucks. I’m still confused as to why my venti pink drink was filled halfway with regular milk…and how I was the second order….and last to leave.This particular location needs work.
Clean and organized store. Plenty of parking. Large inside seating with one or two tables outside.
Best mobile order/pick up system out of all the locations I go to. And such nice baristas :)
Placed order then barista placed it on the back counter and proceeded to fill other orders. When I asked for my receipt the cashier looked a if I was bothering her. Reconsider if customer service is what you're looking for. On top of it all the barista made my drink incorrectly.
Starbucks in Durham, terrible location. Not much parking because they jammed everything in that tiny space. Bathroom was nice but dirty. They offer outside seating so the mask nazis don't get you. Attitude was the mocha flavor of the day. Next to Southpoint Mall so if you're brave enough to go to this location bring a flack jacket.
My fiancée and I ordered two drinks tonight. The barista made my drink right because all she had to do was follow the instructions I gave her for my shaken espresso (5 shots, one pump of classic syrup, and oatmilk in a grande cup) but she made my fiancées drink totally wrong because it was a drink she would’ve had to know the recipe for to make right. Know that I am a Starbucks barista so I know how it’s supposed to look and taste. She ordered a grande brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. It tasted like she didn’t put the 4 pumps of brown sugar that are supposed to go in it because of how it barely tasted like brown sugar and she didn’t put the cinnamon that’s supposed to go in it. Oddly the whole drink was the same color when it’s supposed to be black at the bottom with the oatmilk layer on top. It ended up tasting bland and off putting.
Waited 45 minutes for my drink, they had to remake it because there was whipped cream on there, and after I told them I had a dairy allergy they still gave my a drink with milk instead of coconut milk.
Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!! Rude!! Arrogant!! Disrespectful!! Definitely won’t be back to this location!!!

One of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to in my travels around the US. Insanely slow, 25 minutes for an americano. No heads up that they prioritize online drinks and spent over ten minutes only doing those, not a single drink to the counter. Didn’t take my name so 25 minutes in, is this my drink or one of the countless others crammed in waiting for their drinks. We’ll it’s mine now, right drink and size, no name, MUST be mine.
