The manager here named Priscilla, and her team were so amazing today. I placed a mobile order to be picked up and then got caught in traffic behind a car accident- I called the store to see if I could cancel my order and they said unfortunately we couldn’t do that but they took my info down and let me come in later today and pick up my order. Everyone was so kind and generous when they absolutely didn’t have to be! So thankful for Priscilla!
Everyone here is always so nice and friendly; they make sure to call you by name if they know you from around the area. I don't know his name, I couldn't see, but there is a guy with a hat on with a emblem of the state of North Carolina on the front with reddish facial hair and he is making it a point to say hello, bye to EVERYONE, and calling customers by their name if he knows them and asking them how they are doing. He must be raised in the south lol, just playing, but seriously though, great hospitality. I think its so important to cherish employees like this with our job market the way it is now; he's genuinely being a good person. I hope the employees at Starbucks are having a great day <3 cause I love y'all!
The staff is NOT aware of the the customer’s request as it should. About a month ago I bought a mug from the store and was able to use it right then without any problems. Yet when I went a week later a staff member named Max said that I couldn’t use my mug because of COVID-19. It turned out to be an ordeal for about 5 minutes. Finally decided to provide me service by putting my mug in a container to avoid any direct contact with it (mind you that in other stores they don’t make this a big deal).Today, I returned again and the same employee greeted me and I once he said the cost of my order, I kindly reminded him about the discount for providing a cup/mug and he said that he did, I noticed that he didn’t and I had to remind him two more times that I get a discount. He again said that he applied it already.I didn’t had the time to insist and just gave up…but what really made me write this post is that after all that…my drink was NOT served in my mug but a disposable container!I just give up coming to this location.
I've been going here for months now. It's close by. I ask for a splash of heavy cream in my drink and half the time my drink has enough heavy cream to be used as heavy cream itself.
Only wanted a cup of coffee. Skipped the long drive thru line to go inside thinking that will be faster.I don’t know what their new policies are. In the past if you order a cup of coffee the cashier would pour you the coffee immediately. Now they take your order and place it in the long line behind all the other drinks from the drive thru line. Might as well stay in the car
By far the best Starbucks location in the area. Always move quickly and never get my order wrong. Love them!!
The associate in the drive thu Is Awesome!! I'm glad I listened to her advice about my refresher! I'd never had one and her suggestions were spot on!!
I don't do too many reviews, but they processed my order exactly how I had given it and it did not take much time at all. I was very pleased with my experience at this particular Starbucks. I can't say the same for others in the surrounding area.
Great service and wonderful iced caramel macchiato and plum Danish. Also ordered a glazed donut that was stale but on return ,a brownie was substituted with an apology and no hassle!
