Very friendly baristas. Small inside so definitely gets crowded during peak times, but everyone is very nice and it's a clean, well-run Starbucks.
Terrible customer service. Super rude staff that were too busy telling me I had to wear a mask sitting down at a table while I waited for my mobile order, which was not ready on time, when I came in. All the other customers sitting at tables did not have a mask on, nor were they actively eating or drinking. One patron was sitting at their laptop with no drink in front of them. The barista stopped working and made me put a mask on. She then finished my drink and stood there, holding it hostage. She chose to chat with her coworkers while holding the drink and made me wait even longer. I will not come back here again and will make sure I tell my friends and family how rude and obnoxious the staff are. I have been in and out in 10 seconds, but the rude staff chose to draw it out. I would have left, but I already paid for my drink.
Opening a restaurant next to this establishment and I love each employee here! There are soooo bright and so friendly! Can't wait to be able to see them everyday!
It's been a while since I haven't been to this location. I collect Starbucks cups I seen they had new merchandise and asked for help, Tristan was so kind and showed me a few that were still in the box loved them and got all 4. Thank you so much Tristan, even thought I think his manager wasn't so happy that he was going through the box and showing us. My drink was also VERY GOOD.
The workers were definitely handling a morning rush of mobile orders plus those of us who walked in and it seemed to flow smoothly. This is the first time I've seen a mobile pickup area alphabetized and organized. I visit a LOT of Starbucks locations since I travel for work, and I was impressed.
Long line but the chai tea was worth the wait.
The only good Starbucks in Durham. Drinks are always consistent, staff is always friendly even when their tiny store is loaded with people. I know I can go to this location and my drink will be good every single time, which is what you expect from a corporation.
I showed up here 2 hours before the store was supposed to close according to google and the signage on the door but doors were locked and employees just looked at me without any explanation. Then tried calling and no one picked up. All I wanted was a delicious holiday flavored coffee!!
Every Starbucks in this area, including Chapel Hill can’t seem to get themselves together enough to stay open. Hours posted online through Google are Always incorrect so you drive from one store to the next only to find out their Closed. I don’t know about nationally, but locally they’ve gone way down hill.
Went through the drive thru and ordered two drinks. They had it ready nearly instantly. Super fast! And very friendly service
