This store do not take reusable Starbucks cups will the other target Starbucks took it one day before, not sure the staff take it personally or biased. Not acceptable though.
African American female with braids black and pink was very rude. I don’t know her name because she didn’t have on a name tag. She was very upset for whatever reason and I understand people go through things but her actions and behavior was very unacceptable. I visit this target often and I’ve never experience anything like this. The worst part is she made the drinks say them on the counter and walked away without even letting us know they were ready.
Staff should be a little more knowledgeable on the drinks. I wanted something sweet and frozen with little to no coffee and little recommendations were given. I used to get strawberries and cream but that's not an option
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks. The cashier was sweet and helpful; but the barista was nasty! When I told her that I wanted my coffee cold, she shouted "I ASKED you if you wanted it hot, and you said Yes!" She then pitched the entire cup 5 feet across the room into a trash can and began slamming and snatching coffee and bottles of ingredients around. She slammed the cup on the counter, shoved it over and mumbled "I asked her how she wanted and she heard me". I had been up since 5 am and all I wanted was a nice boost to finish my day---not harassment and disrespect from someone who clearly has no business working with the public!
This store needs help or it needs to be ran more efficiently. I am completely serious when I say I sat in line 25 mins before I even ordered. I ordered a Vinte iced carmel macchiatto 5 shots, upside down and light carmel drizzle, yeah I spelled that wrong and a vinte carmel ribbon crunch frap and Vinte black coffee. He called back my order and the screen was correct. I get to the window and it was a hot macchiatto and the frap was wrong. I ordered it with 3 shots of expresso, frap chips and double blended. There is supposed to be whip cream at the bottom and top, how it was always made at other store,I have never received it correct from this store.I haven't made them remake it because I didn't want to sit there any longer. There was no whip at bottom and barely any at the top. It had cookie crumble in it, I asked for frap chips and no crunch. It was already half melted, I saw my other drink was wrong and told him it was supposed to be iced and said he didn't hear that, the screen said iced. So I was expecting to wait for a new drink. They asked me to pull away from the window, there were already 2 cars in front of me that had to do the same. So by the time I got my drinks the frap was melted. The only drink that was right was the black hot coffee. I understand being short staffed. I work in retail and we are short staffed. They need to slow down and get the drinks right. $22 worth of drinks. As much as the coffee is it needs to be correct. So total time I was there was 40 mins. I am not joking or exaggerating the time. I am extremely disappointed. I may be driving back to the store I always went to on Guess rd. Like I said I understand being short staffed, that day there were alot of employees there, but the drinks and service are very disappointing. The wait at that store is usually 15-20 mins even with only a few cars in line. I know it takes a min to get these drinks made but it's getting ridiculous.I

I'm sure the coffee here is great but I wouldn't know because I did not get any. The Starbucks near my job closed early so I placed a mobile order for pickup. Two drinks, one for me, one for my Daughter. It took awhile for us to drive to there so I assumed they would be ready. It was 15 mins past the quoted pick up time. The frozen one was there and the other was not. I know its busy but I couldn't get anyone's attention so I waited in the line. My daughter and I had to be back at work and I didn't have 10 mins to wait for a remake after waiting in the line. I received a refund. I'm still irritated because I still have no coffee. Now to make things even better my daughter forgot to get a straw for her frozen drink. Her fault but in the process she took the lid off and when trying to put it back on the cup shattered and I now have a car full of coffee. Not Starbucks fault but I still have no coffee and go back to my retail job caffeine less. Sorry. Call me Karen until I get my caffeine
