Excellent place to have coffee. After several visits, haven't had a bad experience yet with any staff, and a few are pretty enthusiastic to make your time and coffee better than usual.The wifi is usually good enough to stream and game on, dependent on how many patrons are here.For those of you reading during the plague years, it's clean and masking is well enforced, tables spread.You don't HAVE to tip but maybe toss a few extra dollars if you can at them. They deserve it for working so hard, and we're all in this together after all.

My preferred Durham Starbucks location. Online ordering is very efficient here. The drinks are always made correctly, the staff are friendly and the wait times are more than reasonable. All of this is extremely rare these days. ?

This store needs help or it needs to be ran more efficiently. I am completely serious when I say I sat in line 25 mins before I even ordered. I ordered a Vinte iced carmel macchiatto 5 shots, upside down and light carmel drizzle, yeah I spelled that wrong and a vinte carmel ribbon crunch frap and Vinte black coffee. He called back my order and the screen was correct. I get to the window and it was a hot macchiatto and the frap was wrong. I ordered it with 3 shots of expresso, frap chips and double blended. There is supposed to be whip cream at the bottom and top, how it was always made at other store,I have never received it correct from this store.I haven't made them remake it because I didn't want to sit there any longer. There was no whip at bottom and barely any at the top. It had cookie crumble in it, I asked for frap chips and no crunch. It was already half melted, I saw my other drink was wrong and told him it was supposed to be iced and said he didn't hear that, the screen said iced. So I was expecting to wait for a new drink. They asked me to pull away from the window, there were already 2 cars in front of me that had to do the same. So by the time I got my drinks the frap was melted. The only drink that was right was the black hot coffee. I understand being short staffed. I work in retail and we are short staffed. They need to slow down and get the drinks right. $22 worth of drinks. As much as the coffee is it needs to be correct. So total time I was there was 40 mins. I am not joking or exaggerating the time. I am extremely disappointed. I may be driving back to the store I always went to on Guess rd. Like I said I understand being short staffed, that day there were alot of employees there, but the drinks and service are very disappointing. The wait at that store is usually 15-20 mins even with only a few cars in line. I know it takes a min to get these drinks made but it's getting ridiculous.I a

I went here with my fiancée on Sunday and ordered two drinks. Both had mocha but unfortunately the mocha tasted so much weaker than it normally does. It didn’t have the rich dark chocolate taste that itms supposed to have. That was the only problem with her peppermint mocha Frappuccino. I ordered a grande mocha with two pumps of mocha instead of four because i don’t like my coffee as sweet as the mocha sauce in the standard quantity makes it. My mocha had the most pitiful steamed milk I have ever seen or tasted. When I, as a Starbucks barista, make a mocha, the milk is frothy and the top of the drink has swirls of white in a layer of foam. The mocha I got from here was just brown with a patch of air bubbles in it. The barista who made the drink either didn’t know how or didn’t bother to aerate the milk at all. I also asked for whipped cream on the drink and that didn’t come. It tasted as bad a cheap powdered hot chocolate. I went inside to get it remade and the employee at the register didn’t even apologize and tell the employees at the bar what was wrong so that they’d do it right the next time. She obviously didn’t care at all about my satisfaction and just seemed annoyed. The remake had a better chocolate taste and the milk was a little better, still not frothy how I like it but there were bubbles over the whole top and not just a tiny patch. The barista or baristas who made my drink do not know how to steam milk since it came out with just air bubbles both times instead of silky foam. There was whipped cream on it this time but that was done with total apathy. They didn’t even cover the top of my drink with it. They just put a circle of it in the middle leaving a ring of uncovered. It’s sad that I can’t go to any Starbucks at the moment with confidence that my drink will be made well.

Even with how you like your drinks printed on a label and placed on your cup...they still manage to get it TOTALLY WRONG. And this was with no one in the store and no one in the drive thru.

The staff at this location are rock star’s.. They are always so nice and upbeat.. Y’all are awesome. Keep up the good work guys!

I ordered my usual drink which comes with extra cream, granted I’ve gotten this drink many times before here. My venti cup was filled half way, so I asked the barista for extra cream and she returns to give me my drink and says “next time it’ll be .60 for the extra cream” that sums up my experience. Horrible customer service.

Had a salted caramel cold brew. I tasted no caramel and no salt. ???
