Starbucks on Roxboro Rd always delivers on delicious drinks and incredible customer service!! This morning I tried the new BTS Frappuccino and it was a hit! Creamy with nostalgic notes of Cinnamon in the morning was perfection! The energy from the talented team member who thought up the drink was enough to kick start my day without the caffeine! THANK YOU!

Great coffee at a Starbucks price of course but a marked difference in the kindness of the workers about to bet like I was a burden to them bringing them my business so long story short go in expecting good coffee but lackluster human response

Starbucks coffee is always a splurge for me. Yes it's delicious and the staff at this store are amazingly helpful! It's the price point I can't always afford.

My order was ready 5-10 minutes after it was supposed to be, and my drink was ready way later than my food (thus my food was not as warm). There was a lot of staff but a lot of orders too—they were just busy! But definitely moving slower than other locations I have seen with less staff and (seemingly) similar order amounts. There were two other things I noticed about this Starbucks compared with other locations that may have contributed to the slow functioning despite the number of staff present. First, this location could use a better organization system. The mobile orders were just placed on a counter with no organization by name (which lead to a lot of questions about where orders were). I also saw staff place drive-thru orders in random places on the counters that weren’t neatly organized or marked. Second, the staff didn’t seem to be moving super fast, which I have seen and been impressed by at other locations. (But perhaps that’s not the norm.) I think Starbucks as a company could better support its staff by providing order screens to indicate to customers the orders that are being worked on/done. I also think they should allow customers to type details on the mobile app, as one customer who came in while I was there had to stop an employee to describe some detail about her drink that she couldn’t input on the app.The biggest frustration, though, was that the dining room was closed all day, apparently because they were understaffed. I am not sure how that affects the ability to keep the dining room open, as I haven’t often seen staff cleaning tables or doing much actively at other locations. I know there are generally staffing shortages with COVID and that is something everyone is dealing with, though. I just hope the manager and upper management is paying well enough to hire and retain a full staff!

Whoever the manager was working on 2/2/2022 was rude and not helpful at all. I come to this Starbucks every day. the same drink been saying sold out at this store for almost 3 months now. I asked about it for 3 and they said they had the ingredients and that it would be fixed and updated.

This is in regard to the Starbucks located on Roxboro Road durham. I've been by this store multiple times, they have a sign on the drive thru speaker opens at 3. I don't want coffee at 3,there was a constant stream of cars going thru the drive thru to find out their closed. When I worked if the manager didn't have any one to cover a shift it fell to the magager to cover that shift. The amount of money they are losing because of poor management is sad. I've been 3 days in a row and it was closed all 3,i won't go back to that location. I gave 1 star because I couldn't go less than 1

Asked for a peach green tea, it was horrible!!!I asked for extra sweetner, they added sugar packets to my drink.

Ordered ahead, still wasn't ready. Drive through speaker set to talk to people a block away and so distorted you can't understand them.

dinning room closed. Drive through and mobil app only. im sorry but i go to coffee shops not only for the coffee, but also for the experience and the atmosphere. the Starbucks off of guess road if fully open.12/6/21 i still hit this store up when convenient. But still perfer the guess rd. store.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to.First the internet doesnt work.See photo for example of how their own captive portal NEVER loads!I dont know why you go to Starbucks. But the only reason I go is to use the wifi in the morning.Spent 20 minutes and gave up.(I’m a network engineer btw)Also, the bathroom is key coded? What purpose does that serve, guard against unpaid number 2s?Finally it took 15 minutes to get a plain black coffee and pumpkin loaf.Never coming back.
