Worse Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Ordered a small caramel latte with oat milk. Flavor was gross and the cup was half filled. Made with ZERO love. This Starbucks should not be open if it cannot be done right. Disappointment to Starbucks every where. .
I can't believe how disgusting this location is, and it's built into the hospital!! Gross food displays that haven't been wiped down in who knows how long. Same trash has need on the floor in the standing area for 2 days!
Great place to get a cold $5 latte that you ordered as 'extra hot'.
I would give zero stars if possible. I just left ordering a caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel. They made 10 orders after mine and everyone has cleared out and no one asked me what I was waiting on. Another crowd started coming in and I inquired about my order. They said they made it and I said no order ever came up that was mine. They don't take names there for orders evidently, because no one took my name. Everyone acted as if they had an attitude. One girl begins to start my order, puts it in the blender. Then takes another 10 orders after mine to complete. Tells another girl to do something with my order. She restarts the blender, then makes 4 more orders. Finally finishes mine and pass back to the other girl to put the top on it. She does 3 more drinks and tops mine and almost turn over the drink the way she put it on the counter. And yo top it all, it was the worst $6 Frappuccino I have ever had at any location!!!

Slowest service I’ve ever experienced. Line wrapped around the corner and growing but only 2 of the 4 employees can be bothered to do anything. The rest are just dancing and goofing off. Took 45 min to order a 2x shot of iced espresso.
You can't get in because of Duke policies, no parking available
It was a total mess on a road trip last thing you want is delay for no reason. We wanted to buy coffee for staying awake during the drive but it appear this Starbucks is only for the hospital and there was no warning. Waste of time
The past three weeks the espresso machine has been “down”, apparently when two people are working they don’t make espresso at night an insider told me. Leaving all these nurses high and dry with just coffee to pick from- totally calling corporate- this is a lot of money they are losing and not helping moral for nurses during a pandemic.
Horrible slow inconsiderate service. Worst possible staff to work in a hospital. Arrogant and so incredibly rude.
