I'm not sure why it's so hard to make a nitro. it's not exclusive to this location but this was the straw that broke the camel's back. The employees were complaining about being there and wanting to transfer stores right in front of me which was something I should totally hear(sarcasm). when someone says nitro they don't want cold brew number 30th time it's happened to me.............
Didn’t catch the name of the employee, working 2/2/22 at 10am- they were slammed with customers, waiting for drinks and waiting to order. I was very impressed with the level of calm, attention and skill this employee presented. Could have been better supported on the schedule but wow, they handled a huge rush like a champ!
Typical Starbucks, THE place to go if you want fancy coffees, pastries, and sandwiches.
Got my normal frappa and it was nasty. Everything was on the bottom and I was sucking up air through the straw.
They have a sign where they scan you code for the points but they don’t Scan your code only if you are paying with the Starbucks card Scan and pay
usually i enjoy this starbucks location. however, today i had to wait ten minutes for to get my drink, and they got my order wrong.
They took 10 minutes to make me a mocha Frappuccino
