Very nice and clean mall not too congested. The food court is kinda dark that was a draw back for me I didn't feel comfortable in a dark setting I need to see what is on my plate. Most of the stores were nice even though not many good sales were going on. I saw some young kids hanging out but security advised them to leave without a parent present that was different to see. Overall it was a good experience
When I first went in this location there was a line and only one person working. I decided to give it some time and then come back. Once I was able to order I specifically asked for a Venti Iced peach green tea and lemonade sweetened. The cashier even repeated back to me what I order. So imagine how surprised I was when a Passion Ice tea lemonade was made and it wasn't even sweetened. I basically wasted my time and my money because it was so nasty I just threw it away.
I continue to go because of convenience but it really is bad coffee. Emphasis on over roasting. Toasted rather than richly roasted.
Wouldn’t let you order coffee 5 minutes til closing. Terrible customer service with a store full of people.

Purchased a salted caramel cold brew that had no Carmel and all salt. Everyone including customers that came after me had their orders filled before the barista realized my cup was just sitting on the back counter. Too many children and people in street clothes walking to the back. Very unorganized, will not be returning, who wants to pay for bad service. Didn't even ask dirt my name for my order felt more like I was bothering herReconsider this location if customer service is what you're looking for, they haven't taught that skill at this location
