Morning smoothies with Bae were delicious. I loved the menu options, staff, and environment. We will be back.
I’m a little taken back by some of the reviews. I had a great experience there I came in there were two ladies working they each greeted me. I didn’t really know what I wanted but I told them I was headed to the gym and some of the flavors I like. We all came up with a smoothie choice and before I left out she let me try it and even add some strawberries to it for taste. Overall great customers service the store was clean and the staff was friendly. Going back soon.
I've tried to get a smoothie here a few times. The first time they were not open for some reason. This time there is one person working and a huge line. No idea how long it will take to get a drink. I feel bad for the person working. Ended up leaving.

very similar experience compared to other reviews. Walked in to no one there to greet or service me. Saw someone in the back that refused to acknowledge me until I basically screamed hello about 4x. Then on top of all of that, the kid couldn’t get my app to work allegedly so I paid on my debit card. Come to find out, they charged me twice!! Tried to call for a refund, of course no one answered. Tried to call corporate and they said I had to go through the store which is the biggest nightmare since the store refuses to answer or call me back per my voicemail. I feel like they robbed me and I suggest no one shop here until they figure out this problem. There’s no telling how many people have been double charged and don’t even realize!! This is a warning!!
Such a strange experience. No one was attending the counter. The shop was extremely hot and dirty.
Customer service is not great at all. The were rude I understand the need for staff all around but hiring warm bodies with terrible service, will lead to a big hit long term on how many people come back. I certainly will not be back, I’ll take my business to to tropical smoothie instead.
The door says it opens at 8am on Saturday. We were looking forward to a fresh smoothies this morning. We arrived at 8:10am today and the doors were still locked, lights off!As we were driving away, the MANAGER was JUST pulling up and still in the car. As she slowly got out of the car she looked back at us as if she was annoyed that we were there.There were 3 other cars full of people that came up after us hoping to get a smoothies as well. They also left. There were 3 people in our car and all wanted smooties, the other cars also had 3 or more people. So your location literally just lost atleast 15 sales due to the extreme lateness if your MANAGER!I can only imagine how the other employees act if the manager doesn't care about opening on time. Even if we decided to stay we wouldn't have been served possibly for another 15 to 30 mins because she would need to open the register, prep, and put the chairs down ect. Again she was moving like she didn't want to be at work.As the manager, she should have been there no later than 7:30a to open at 8am and be ready for customers. This isn't the 1st time this has happened! Very unacceptable!
The worst Smoothie King I’ve ever been to. Staff is extremely rude, and overall unprofessional. Arrived at this location and no one was upfront. There were women chatting in the back so I yelled “hello” a couple times and they just laughed and continued to ignore me. Y’all need to hire new personnel who are willing to do the job. Drove here from chapel hill. I didn’t get anything, completely wasted my time.
Falsely advertising their hours. Sign says open, door says open until 9p.m. No one is inside. From the employees to the poor marketing, this smoothie king needs to be better!
