Service was great, but I wasn't expecting as many bones as there were in the Whiting sandwich. It was yummy, but I was terrified to eat it after about the 6th bone. I didn't expect to have to take my sandwich apart and hunt for bones to eat it. That's my only complaint. The girl at the counter was so sweet and helpful.
I really enjoyed the food. It was great. The amount of food you get is well worth the price. The staff was very friendly and they made sure you were enjoying your food. And the always asked if you needed anything. Great place.
Tiara, at the front register, had the best customer service I have experienced in Durham. She was so friendly, polite, and patient, since this was my first time ordering at this restaurant. You would think she had 8 arms the way she was multitasking, all while greeting everyone who walked into the front door. The food was everything we hoped for. We had high expectations and our expectations were not only met, but they were exceeded. We will now be regulars at this restaurant and would love to have you guys host events for our business. Thank you for this experience and we will see you soon!
Great southern style seafood. I always get the grilled items but they do a good job with the fried fish as well. The staff are friendly and efficient, prices are reasonable.
Very fast, hot food. Shrimp basket was generous. Not usually a big fan of cocktail sauce but theirs was really good even with fries. Sweet potato fries were perfect and regular potato fries were just the right crispness they should be! Highly impressed. Will definitely go back.
This place is clean, dining inside or outside. Customer service was excellent! The food is delicious! I've been here 2 straight days. Definitely my favorite. If I could give 10 stars I would!
Food was fresh!! The signature sauce was amazing. The shrimp tacos were perfectly filled and the tortilla was baked in heaven.
The food is made to order. Always fresh and hot. Service is always fast and friendly. Good music. Everything I've eaten there was always delicious. This particular visit I had fish, baby shrimp, and fries. My fiancé had the same with macaroni and cheese. All was yummy except the mac and cheese. It was ok. I highly recommend this restaurant.
They can't even get an order right & it was printed clearly on the receipt. They left out the fries and hushpuppies. I doubt I'll order anything from this place again.
Great customer service but the food is so incredibly bland. I don’t even think I’ll finish this so waste of $13
