A okay. Very friendly staff. Burger was okay, have had better there. Think it was the type I ordered. Onion rings out of this world. Recommend
Came here for my birthday dinner with my bf and we had fun. Our waitress was very tentative she made sure we had drinks and our food was good. She even thought at one point she forgot our drinks and brought us to fresh ones and we still had full cups. She was polite and very kind. Our food was delicious I just have an issue of finishing those huge tasty burgers lol.
I feel like you pretty much always know what to expect here. Good burgers, good value, great service, and cold drinks. I will note the last few times I've requested my burger cooked with pink, but it comes with no pink. Of course I still enjoy it, but it would be better cooked as ordered. Also, they have the best ranch. Like it's so good I could drink it (I wouldn't actually, but it is that good).
Went in for take out and had to ask to be served. Food was made in a reasonable amount of time. When we got home to eat I found the burger to be greasy and the meat lacked flavor.
Placed an order through the app when NONE of the instructions was followed when picking up the food. Spoke with the manager to correct my order and she made it seem like I was the one wrong when instructions was selected through the app. I will NOT come back to this location until they HIRE employees who can read and provide better customer service.
Had an excellent dining experience at the Durham - Chapel Hill Blvd. location. Our server Gill was very informative and pleasant. The Turkey burger sandwiches and stack of onion rings were most flavorful and prompt.

Started with a T) was amazing, and restored my wife's faith in good service in Durham.Food was better than I remember.My 3 year old even loved it.
The food was good. The waiter WAS TERRIBLE! He came over and introduced himself. It was so loud in there and he was barely over a whisper. We saw him maybe 2 more times and that's when he passed by and brought other fries. The rest of the time it was waitresses. We never got the ranch we asked for and the tea was not sweet. I give it a 2 for the food.
First time going here. My sister and I always try new resturants when we travel for pleasure/ dr. visits. Clean and great staff. Food & drinks are a plus for me. We will return.
Great salad! Great host. Avaca-bo salad?? the drink was called sand in my shorts. Love it
