They let my door dash driver wait for 10 mins just to tell him they ran out of chicken and only have thighs left for my 8 piece family meal I ordered. It’s 4:55 pm on a Monday and they’re OUT of chicken!?!? Sounds like they don’t like to go orders!! Absolutely by far THE WORST POPEYES location I’ve ever had to deal with. Oh and they don’t answer their phones….geez I wonder why?!
Good food, but if you order in the app, they will not see it, so make sure to talk to them when you get there and tell them your order number, then they'll start working on it.
Customer Service Is great and food was nice and hot.
Nice crew, unfortunately waited for long time until I felt customers who ordered after me start taking their orders. When I talked to them he just pointed to a bag so I can take it when I checked it was totally wrong order!! When he gave me my order and my kids starts to eat, it was SPICY NOT MILD as I ordered.
Don’t order in this Popeyes restaurant!!! We ordered online and waited in this store for 45 mins and never got our order! Staff here just kept cheating us saying “order is ready” and let us waiting forever. This is a suspicious discrimination as we are the only Asian in the line and everyone came later than us got their order without any problem.Later they suddenly closed the store saying one cooking staff got sick and they need to clean the kitchen. How toxic the food and staff they are!
Only the cashier was good besides that, terrible customer service. It’s all about the people you know.
