I want to first say that in all of my time I have never walked into a pizza hut at ANY TIME of the day and been greeted and treated so well in my life. The two people that I had the pleasure of having interactions with tonight (Sunday May 29th) I want to thank you. We ordered 3 pizzas, wings, and cinabons. I cant tell you how much I appreciate the kindness expressed to me tonight. We hope you two have a wonderful holiday.
I wish I could give no stars! Very disappointed in this store! We placed our order at 9:00pm and right now it is 11:25pm and I did not hear anything from them. Called them and asked for an update on our order the guy stated that the driver said he delivered it at 9:46pm. I told him we never received anything and the guy didn’t get paid because I was using cash instead of card to pay for the order so either the driver took our pizza or he delivered to the wrong place this is unacceptable and then he said the only thing he can do is give us credit no other options no we will remake the pizza and bring it back out no type of care about their mistake. Will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut anymore and if I do it will be carry out very unacceptable I wanted that pizza tonight and now at 11:30 I have to find something else
The worst service ever. Online order was completed at 8:14...I didn't leave the store with my order until 9:51.
constantly have issues with this particular location. The latest is that we ordered a pizza through the website which gave us a contactless curbside option. Then, after arriving to the location our pizza was brought to us with a “we have discontinued contactless curbside service”. Well, it’s time to update the website then. If you love Pizza Hut in South Durham I strongly encourage you to visit the University Dr location where the service is quicker and the employees are not as rude.
I wish I could go less than 1 star.. I ordered at 9 PM - it is 11:16 and I still did not receive my Pizza. I am sure when it arrives it will be cold and a mess. But that's not my issue. My issue is - I keep calling and no one picks up. This place is literally 4 minutes away from me - I just wanted to call to see if I can pick up instead - as my order has been on it's way for a while.Update: it is being delivered by doordash and I have to wait another 10 minutes.Horrible experience - first and last time ordering from here.
I see why this restaurant has so many 1 star reviews. I made a complaint about the service on one order, and a refund I didn’t receive on another. Someone reached out telling me to send my information to an email. I did that and ended up speaking to KIMBERLY JERNIGAN.She is very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND NO HELP AT ALL. All she told me was that they already gave me a refund on my first order. Huh?? Did you read my complaint?!! I asked for a refund on the order I placed the NEXT DAY where they gave me a 5 dollar discount, after begging for something to be done about my first order, since the pizza I ordered that I came to pick up was never made because THEY CANCELED MY ORDER WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME, and no one had the decency to even apologize.I decided to use the 5 dollar discount and trust them again with another order. The whole order was made wrong. I was put on hold when I called and no one came back to the phone. I NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND. I will never order here again and WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PIZZA HUT TO ANYONE. I WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY JUST TO VISIT ANY PIZZA HUT OTHER THAN THIS ONE.
The worst Pizza Hut to ever exist. The customer service is horrible and my order is always wrong/nasty. For this reason I stopped coming for months. I decided to try them out again.I placed a curbside pickup order and was told my order would be ready at a certain time. I get to the restaurant and no one is there to give me my order. The door is locked. I wait and call for 30 minutes. No response. The “hours” listed on the door show that they ARE open. I go the next day and Kim was very rude. She tells me she doesn’t know what happened but they WERE open. No apology. No nothing. She said they would refund my account in 5 days. I placed a new order (I shouldn’t have). I ordered stuffed crust, they gave me thin crust. I ordered a cookie. It was hard and crumbling. They would not let me return and get a refund. I will never go here again.I called corporate 4 times and they kept saying they would reach out to me by email or phone. They never reached out. Pizza Hut and their corporate offices have the worst customer service in the history of USA. I will never recommend Pizza Hut to anyone. I’m very disgusted.
The pizza toppings were all burnt. There was not enough cheese on the pizza. Overall taste was very bad- one of the worst i have had.
This location is extremely unprofessional, we ordered pizza tonight with the expectation that we would actually get food delivered, of course not, we've been down this road with them before, we only order from them because we are exhausted tonight and don't feel like leaving, bad idea. The driver cancelled my order because she couldn't find an apartment number on the order, although they've literally been here to this address multiple times. As a matter of fact I ordered with points on the act, the address hasn't changed in 4 years. I called and spoke with the driver and she lets me know that my order was ''messing up her route" so she canceled the order, she then said "you'll getcha money back in 2 to 3 days". Thanks Pizza Hut you never cease to amaze. Never again. Ill be sure to spread the word.
Pizza was great not over cook or any bubbles. Kim was amazing as always. She left me a nice Christmas note on my box. I appreciate her.
