I ordered cheesy bread, wings and a dessert on Sunday. I’ve been sick throwing up ever since then. I couldn’t even eat all the food because I was so sick. Please make sure your kitchen staff follow all guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen.
Ordered pizza one night and the driver didn't really knock. Just threw are pizza on the ground. When i went out to ask why he didn't knock or call when it said call on arrival he threatened me basically telling me i can get this hands. He's married to the GM so i guess she thought this was acceptible and the DM didn't really help neither. I never said anything that would justify his actions as a resinable responce and i would like to talk to someone that can acutally do something about the situation. We souldnt be threatened with physical violence and it be okay by any means. If someone could get me in contact with a higher up or coorpert office it would be greatly appreciated.
Called to place an order for delivery and the employee hung up! I’m laughing, but only because we ordered pizza from Papa Johns and only wanted wings from Pizza Hut. Never mind!
Great management and the delivery person (young black woman in a ford) was very professional... I will definitely order from here again! 10/10 ?
Worst place you would order food from. They overcharge you & manager there treats you with disrespect & becomes rude with you if you find out about it. Double check twice before you pay. Prices on menu are different from what you actually pay for
Pizza just thrown together. Delivery takes over an hour to get delivered when my house is 7 minutes from the store. No one answers the phone. If I could give zero stars I would. It would be better to order from a different store and drive 30 minutes to get the pizza.
Well for starters you're employee was very lazy in his job in his job my order was ready he didn't take time to go check all the orders so I had to sit there and wait and wait secondly how are you going to be at work and take your foot and put it on the counter to tie your shoes. Food comes over that counter and you have customers watching you if you don't believe me I have the picture to prove it
This is the only restaurant in my ENTIRE LIFE that I have returned food to for a refund. As a decades-long food service veteran i have a lot of tolerance for the typical mistakes employees can make. However, the pizza and wings i was served that day were clearly hours old and completely inedible. The food was so disgusting that i had no option but to take it back to the store. I've eaten from Pizza Hut thousands of times, and the Miami Blvd location is the only one I've ever had a bad experience with.
I placed my order for Carry-Out online via the mobile app. When I arrived at the store to pick up my order the store was closed. I and several other customers were waiting in the parking lot wondering what was going on. I would like my money refunded since I never got my order.
