I used to eat at Penn Station in Cincinnati every day I Love Penn Station. I and the wife stopped at this location and I must say it's some of the best of Penn Station. The fries were some of if not the best I have ever had.
Love Penn Station! Their subs are consistently great. Love that this location has some outdoor seating. My friend send I ride our bikes in the Tobacco Trail over and get lunch. They are always super friendly and the food is great. Penn Station must be a good company because the when the former owner had to leave they got some one just as friendly and outgoing who obviously cares about her customers!
Food was not good at all, I got the steak and cheese, tasted very vinegary and the fries weren’t fresh, I think they were refried!

Good thing this restaurant is not open in states like Michigan and Illinois because it will go out of business since this restaurant's subs are the worst compared to the ones in the other states. Jimmy Jones is better than this place. There's no flavor in these subs, the portions are small and the fries are over cooked. I'm happy I don't live in the area. The only good thing was the lady at the cashier showed hospitality.
NEVER COME HERE. Unless you want to wait for 30 min to get a turkey sandwich and them mess up an order with literally 5 ingredients. Horrible
First time here and it was a great dining experience. The staff was friendly and funny. Cheesesteak with grilled banana peppers was amazing. The cook threw in a few “travel” fries so there would be extra fries to eat on the way home.
Great food, excellent service. I’ll be back.
What can I say about this awesome restaurant. The cheesesteak is absolutely as good or better I have ever had and I’ve been to Philly and tried them all. I think the bread is the biggest part of the difference, it’s the best, so fresh and tasty. The meat and cheese together with onions and peppers and mushrooms that we choose for our sandwich are exceptional. Of course u can choose what u put on it. I have also had the chicken cheesesteak and it was fabulous. Have u got a hint yet on how good this place is. Now let’s talk about there twice cooked french fries. These fries are also the best in the triangle area. Crispy golden and so tasty. Cooked just perfect. Forget about any other place for a spectacular cheesesteak and fries. U now know where to go. I promise u it will be well worth the trip.
Craig was quick and courteous, philly cheese steak was delicious(I know it's not a traditional style but that doesn't stop it from being a great sandwich). This was my first experience with Penn Station and it won't be the last!
