I went to Panera's today because I've been seeing commercials about a new chicken sandwich. It was good, but not as good as the chicken sandwich at Popeye's. My wife had a fruit salad and a Mexican creamy soup oh, and she loved both of them.

Quality establishment with a wonderful staff. Shelby the team manager and the GM as well as all the other staff have made this place amazing. Super friendly, super quick, and made me leave smiling.

Was there 3 weeks ago. Absolutely disgusting. Will never go there again. Tables were greasy, air vents covered in heavy dust and obvious BLACK MOLD. Not only was most of the order wrong, the food tasted terrible, items missing, rotting food, but possibly the worst part for us...they sent us down the highway with a COCKOROACH in the bag!! This place needs to be shut down by the health department. Wish I could give ZERO stars.

Great food as usual, but the change to plastic “silverware” is a big loss. Try to eat a bowl of hot tasty soup with a short plastic teaspoon. My hand was almost in the soup. A bowl of soup is served with a tablespoon of substance. Management who does not understand the small nuances of customer satisfaction are not helpful to the success of the business. I have plenty of great choices on where I choose to eat and this “little thing” puts a big question on coming back even though I really like the food

Great place to eat or just sit and do some computer work. Very friendly staff and the manager kim who took my order was the friendliest!!

This morning i received very poor customer service from this location after being a customer for at least 5 years or more. The customer service at this location used to be outstanding. However, the last few months it's been very disappointing to say the least. This morning I walked in and was totally ignored by the actually manager. She was finishing up with a customer who is a regular like myself. As I approached the counter she proceeds to walk away with the other customer giggling and talking. She made eye contact with me but kept walking. Another associate was standing around drinking a drink. Some one comes out of the kitchen and said did they just leave you hanging? My response was "yes, they did". The manager magically disappeared when I looked around. The associate stated it's slow. Not sure what that meant. The customer experience is less to be desired here. No one greets you with a good morning and the manager this morning was down right rude for just leaving another customer without even acknowledging me standing there! I wrote a post earlier but somehow disappeared. Someone needs to train the manager on providing exceptional customer . This morning experience sure what not it!

I joined the coffee club a few months ago. There's a super convenient location very near my kid's school that I drive by every day. I bought a travel mug and get a refill 4-5 times a weekIf you get coffee more than a few times a month, this is definitely worth it. I think the price for the club now is under $10 / mo.There were a couple times at this location when all the coffee urns were tapped, which was annoying. But they've gotten a lot better since January 2022.

Excellent service... great quick food. Go there often for breakfast items. The oatmeal is perfect... both healthy and delicious. The staff are professionally and engaging.

Went in this morning for my first time... and my first breakfast trip to Panera. Staff is great all around. Food is so on for fast and good.
