Definitely wasn’t a good breakfast. I got hardly any bacon, it was cold and dry. It was a very sorry sandwich to say the least. Should’ve asked for a refund.

I try to stop at a Panera Breads restaurant when I’m near one. I like their bagel choices and enjoy their coffee. I hadn’t been at this location before, but needed a caffeine fix. Upon entering, I was greeted at the cash register by a young lady that I asked what I needed. When ordering I got tongue tied and stumbled over my order. I very quickly corrected myself. This young lady turned to a fellow staff member standing beside her and they both laughed as if it was very funny. I’m sure they weren’t being mean, but it left me feeling very uncomfortable.

I love this cafe because their food is good (somewhat expensive) but more importantly because I can work there. Unlike other fast food places the interior is designed so that people can sit and work. I love the concept.The only irritating thing is that they play loud music sometimes which makes it hard to concentrate and defeat the purpose of going there in the first place.
Food is fine, but the inside is not well-kept. Multiple tables & seats were dirty or not wiped down. A below-average experience for this Panera lover.

Just here in the area for the day, I must say this was a rather nice panera, not crowded, even though near the University, the woman at the counter was nice enough to switch the signs from breakfast to lunch so we could order lunch early, and the food was fantastic as always. If you are in the area of this panera, I would certainly tell you to visit.
Tables and floors not cleaned. Bathroom filthy. And at this location vagrants walk in and roam around, approaching customers who were eating for a hand out. This maskless guy got within 8 inches of people's faces. Management did not respond when informed of the situation.
