Ordered for curbside, once there told to come in. Pickup area not easily marked. Got bag (under "delivery" sign). 5 miles down the road I noticed I was missing an item. Turned around, went back to order pickup window and when I told them what I was missing, it was sitting on the counter. They simply didn't have a good check and balance process. Gave me a free cookie for my troubles.

I usually enjoy Panera, but this last visit was a little rough. The person at the drive thru was very nice, but after running my card it pretty much went downhill from there. I was asked to park in the pick up spot while they finished my order. Took a little over 10 minutes until someone finally brought out our order. Got home, open up the bag to find out we didn't get any silverware. Was at least hoping for a spoon for the soup. The fried chicken sandwich was horrible. We actually ordered the signature take sandwich, but received the spicy one for some reason. The sandwich itself though, spicy or not, was really bad. Tasted like it was from a cheap fast food joint, like it had been just sitting there for a while. Bun was stale, and the size of the chicken patty was really small. Don't think we will ever return to this location.

I have not had Panera Bread in a long time but I would usually go to the one on Ninth Street. Instead I went to the Roxboro Rd location and it was terrible!! Food was disgusting!! The soup was very watery and taste like they just poured a lot of hot water in my bowl. The sandwich had a funny after taste and the cheese was gooey. I will never eat at this location again.

I picked up a Pre-Order. The bags and box were in it's very own cubbie waiting. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious. Customer service was great upon entering the building and exiting. Keep up the great service.

Customer service and food flavor was mediocre at best. Interesting how restaurants want customers to return but are unwilling to give what it takes to keep them.

Never had a problem with this Panera bread. I love their cinnamon crunch bagels. The restaurant is very clean and nice inside. The landscaping is excellent. For lunch and dinner I get the you pick two. Drive through is not fast but they never have a long line. I highly recommend this place to anyone who likes a good meal. Panera Bread is great.

Very nice lunch. Tomato Basque soup and a bacon, turkey, avocado sandwich. All delicious. Love Panera but jus can't afford their prices often....

I've recently gotten in to the baker's dozen deal that Panera has on Tuesdays. Recently I've tried a few different locations and by far this one had followed my instructions completely. Where others just dumped the bagels into a bag, this location gave the proper attention of slicing them, and toasting the one that I wanted for breakfast. I know that if it's instructions, it should be followed, but apparently other locations just couldn't be bothered.Other than the bad shape the roads were in on the way to this location, I cannot really find fault. Will visit again.
