Had a great birthday dinner for my son. Food and service were both great!!
The waitress was absolutely horrible, not only did she leave us waiting for 15+ minutes when she came, she got all the drinks wrong. They also wouldn’t pick up any used plates and in the picture we have a stack of used plates all piled up on the table right next to us. the food was really bad too. the noodle and fried rice as well as the wraps. the only thing that i personally liked was the sushi, overall just terrible. I don’t think i want to come back again ever.

We had a 7:00 pm reservation and was told they were running ~30 minutes behind. We ended up at the bar and decided to eat there, as we weren’t notified that our table was ready until 8:00. However, it was Mother’s Day and not ideal to sit at the bar with your family. The bartender was very nice and tried to be accommodating. Probably won’t visit again, particularly on a holiday/weekend.

It was Mother’s Day so we expected a crowd but with a reservation, we still had to wait 45mins before being. The tables were super tight because they were trying to accommodate as many people as possible. It was loud and the food although good, took forever to come.

Mixed results here. Understanding it was graduation, prom, and Mother's Day weekend all at once, the restaurant still didn't seem to be prepared. For my wife and I, we were trying to celebrate our anniversary. I get that staffing is an issue and all that. Reservation time was not honored. Waited 20-30 minutes after reservation time to get seated. Was told the kitchen was backed up. In that case the restaurant should have ceased taking call in orders and only allow take out for those who showed up at the restaurant to place to go orders. No phone ins! I have experienced that in the past at other restaurants, and it works. What it does is puts the focus on the patrons in your dining room. After all, it is a restaurant and not just a take out joint. My waiter was mediocre. He only came over to the table a couple of times to ask for drink refreshes. Seeing it was busy, we ordered everything at once. Appetizer came out quickly. Mixed drink came out quickly. But for some reason the iced tea I ordered took forever. And I only got one refill for the entire hour it took to get and complete the meal. The main courses took quite some time to arrive at the table. Didn't order anything special. Again, we were told numerous times the kitchen was backed up. Was offered nothing to compensate for that. That is the least they could have done. Again, I get it. COVID, staff shortages, etc. But this was poor service on several fronts. Will be a while before I step foot in that place.
