The dining are was freezing cold.Therefore, our initially warm food cooled off rather quickly.We could not sit comfortably and enjoy lunch.
Stopped in to grab a steak and potato bowl that had several strands of hair. I contacted the store and the manager wasn't a lot of help. ???
Truly a wonderful experience. I got a burrito and it was delicious as always mm. There was one man working and he was really running that Moe's like the navy. He was welcoming people, manning the register, AND rolling burritos. He killed it but he shouldn't have to... also they have the new freestyle machine and it was everything
Not fully cooked rice, did not give any salsa for burrito bowl, gave chip and no salsa, was suppose to come with guacamole and it was not there. Asked for extra black bean, not there. All in all chipotle 10 times better
I really hate to give this location such a low score. My family and I have been going to this location since it opened. I believe this location to have had the best employees and cooks throughout the years of any Moe's location, and I have eaten at many.Recently this location has hired new employees and while they are nice enough, they seem to refuse to wear their masks properly with several of the servers wearing them around their chin not covering either their mouth or nose. I understand masks are not the most enjoyable thing to wear, but it is for the protection of themselves as well as us the customers.My family goes to this location most Sundays following church and we will go there again this next weekend, but if the staff is still wearing their masks in this manner then we will let the manager know and go to another restaurant.
Food was barely warm. Prices were somewhat high. Staff was wonderful. Place was very clean.
Dining room tables were dirty. Trash cans overflowing. Salsa bar had empty bowls with no salsa in them. Also no cups to put salsa in if they had salsa to put in them. Drink and utensil area was filthy.
Staff has a horrible attitude! Refused to issue a refund for incorrect order through their app, even hung up when we called to try and resolve it. Will absolutely not return or recommend to anyone
They no longer stock tomato or onion, only pico de gallo, which is NOT the same thing. They shrunk the tortilla sizes and the meat does not taste as it used to. I doubt 8 will ever retrun and in the past our family went just about every week. We even knew all the employees!
Good take out. Interior isn't exactly most tidy.
