I went to Moe's and was aggressively asked for a tip at the register. Why is a fast food joint that is a low-rent, inferior, version of Chipotle asking me for a tip! Pay your fast food employees - don't have them begging!Very uncomfortable - I won't ever be going back to this Moe's - or any Moe's.
ordered thru doordash and they left off every item of my order besides the burritos i called and never got an answer the burritos were cold worst experience.
I just placed an order through seamless/GrubHub. I ordered a homewrecker bowl and chose chicken as the protein. I ordered a sprite. My order arrived with a large bowl with nothing but chicken, and no sprite. I called and they told me I was supposed to choose each topping separately despite that not being an option. Why would you charge me $10 and send a half bowl of chicken? Clearly I want the homewrecker bowl as described and I chose chicken as the protein. Even if there was an option for each topping, it's silly to describe it as including those things then ask me to chose them all over again. And they had no answer regarding the sprite.
I had a taste for this allllll day at work only to get home and realize there was no steak on my home wrecker bowl that I indeed pay for . I know you literally watch them make your food but the atmosphere was great so I was socializing with the staff. I’m just mad I paid $10 dollars for steak I didn’t receive .
Was disappointed when I came here for lunch instead of chipotle. The food was very bland. No flavor. I added so many toppings thinking it would help, but it did not. Best thing on the menu is the chips with queso. But a little bit of salt on those chips will help a lot
Always great service, here!! I love my Stack with the Adobo Chicken, and they always give you so many chips, that you can take some home to eat later. The mobile app has gotten a lot better, and online ordering is excellent. I am so happy to have one of these around the corner from where I work, now. I love the rewards program, because I can earn enough rewards to get discounts on my food, and the occasional offers in the app are great, too. Love it!
This location used to be the best location in Durham but now it’s becoming the last location. The food quality has gone down. When I do the mobile ordering there is always food left out of my order or it’s the wrong food all together. I usually stop by this one because it is the closest to my home. But I think I’m going to have to go to the other ones for a while!
This is a perfectly great Moe's!! And, I happen to really enjoy eating Moe's Southwest Grill..!
They leave stuff off your order then give you an attitude when you ask for a substitute. The cashier always marks orders as complete earlier they they are ready.
Today is 10/28/21 and I ordered delivery at approximately 6:21 PM. My order was very incorrect and also barely included chips. There was absolutely NO SALSA. There was absolutely NO GUACAMOLE. I politely called to explain my incorrect order and was told there was no manager but that the person I spoke to would refund my guacamole. I was OK with that. However, once my family looked at our burritos they were very much wrong so I called back and asked to speak with a manger and was told “I AM THE MANGER. “ hmm previously told there wasn’t a manager. However, I explained and asked for a refund and was told to call back Monday, I replied with your the manager you can’t process a refund and THEN I WAS HUNG UP ON. So I’ll be calling corporate first thing in the morning on this entire establishment. Be warned this place is trash.
