EDIT TO UPDATE - I was contacted by the owner after posting my review below. She seemed genuinely concerned for my girls and was exceptionally professional in how she handled the matter. In short, stuff happens that you can't control no matter how hard you try, and while the girls may stick with store bought ice cream sandwiches for a little while before returning, I have no doubt this location is in good hands. Complaints, however small they may be, are given management's full attention. I added a star, this is a good local business.Friendly people. Good location. Nice variety on the menu. Pretty sure my daughters got food poisoning from there. They split the Cookie Monster around 3pm. By 6 pm they were both parked in front of trash cans. That was a rough evening.
One of my go to spots for boba and rolled ice cream! I haven’t found another boba shop in the area that offers both. You get customizes your toppings. The line sometimes gets pretty long in the evenings so try to come during less busy times
We’ve been going to milk lab FOR YEARS, but on a whim, decided to try the mango jasmine tea and I’ll never go back. The jasmine oolong is the perfect bitterness and the blended mangos add a nice fruity flavor. Together, it’s the perfect summer drink ✨
Milklab has to be the best boba in the area. The boba and teas are the freshest and highest quality. We often drive 25 minutes one way for the experience! May I recommend a large Yuzu tea with boba + lychee jelly (0% sugar level)?The customer service is also top notch. Although often very busy, the team members or courteous and efficient.Pro tip: there’s a nice little greenway walking distance from this location. A perfect place to walk and sip.
We got the hand rolled ice cream and it was delicious. I chose the Cookie Monster because it was recommended by the cashier. My friend got the campfire delight and said it was very good. I want to come back and try the milk teas!

There are more and more bubble and milk tea places popping up in the area but this is still our favorite. We've gotten fruit tea, milk tea and rolled ice cream on various visits. The staff is young and friendly, and I'm on their loyalty rewards program. It can get busy on weekends when families come out, so keep that in mind. We'll be back many more times.
Nice and cleaned place. Staff is good and friendly. Boba with taro and mango jelly is my favourite. They also serve rolled ice cream. Cool place to hang out.
Delicious boba tea! You can easily request less sugar if you want, either 70, 50, or 30 percent less which was great since I often find drinks a bit sweet for me but 70% was perfect.
